WhatsApp, Line, Telegram buttons are also available. Admin can show hide them in the app. Agents/Agency/Seller who have added whatsapp to their profile, and you’ve enabled to show whatsapp will show a whatsapp in agency/agent/seller profile as well as on their property details.
There’s also a direct message option available, with push notifications.

I re-installed the app, I’m using iPhone 13 Pro. The issue remains, but it goes when I refresh the page or close & re-open app. While it looks a small thing, it can affect user experience especially on large scale, it would be good if you could test and fix, I’m keen to buy it.

1. If you are using Houzez membership and getting payments via woocommerce on the website, the membership will appear subscribed in the app. App only offers membership payments via in-app-purchase. Memberships purchase from app will also show subscribed on website.
2. Houzez offer two upgrade to featured option. One being “pay for upgrade to featured” and second upgrade to featured included in membership package. If you use any of these option, these will be available in the app.
Similarly you will be able to do both “pay once for upgrade to featured” or buy a membership package that includes upgrade to featured via in-app-purchase. Once a package is bought and featured option available, you will be able to upgrade allowed number of listings to featured both in app and website.
If you implemented custom memberships scenarios, then those will need to be implemented in the app separately.
3. Once you add any other filter beside for-sale, for-rent on the website, like for-auction, for-construction or any other property type like apartment, home, villa, farm, land. It will be synced automatically to the app. Just a refresh or relaunch will show the updates.
Hi, one pre buy question, all of the listings that i already have on my website will be shown on the houzi app? because agents are not gonna add any listing through app, all of them will be added through a plugin that we already have developed on the wp side

Yes, all of the listing will be same. If you have added some additional filters via Houzez Search Builder, you can configure similar search filters in app.

I have purchased the App, and while setting up the plugin locally, I discovered something concerning. Hi, no that’s not true. All data is stored in wordpress database via wordpress apis using Houzez functions.

Data Storage: we use Houzez as the backend. We leverage all of its apis. We didn’t make any custom table or modified any tables. Houzez saves listings as custom post in wp. Houzez extensively uses wpterms, custom posts, and custom tables. For details, contact Houzez or explore the db yourself.
Custom End Point: while it is possible to integrate custom rest api in our app. But this app is heavily coupled with Houzez architecture. So it is advised to look for other template if you want to use other frameworks on website.
Data Privacy Assurance: the plugin being open source give us option to rollout plugin compatibility asap. All your important apis are guarded behind a secret key that you choose and keep both in website and app. We also leverage the wordpress nonce system. Additionally for admin related apis, we enforced admin level role checking.

I’m having an issue for review to list in AppStore “Your app contains NSUserTrackingUsageDescription, indicating that you will request permission to track users. To publish this information on your app’s product page, you must indicate which data types are tracking users. If this is incorrect, update your app binary and upload a new build to App Store Connect.”
If you are showing ads, you will need to include
NSUserTrackingUsageDescription.
If not, you will need to remove this key from info.plist and disable ads in configuration json and re upload.
If you are showing ads, you will need to choose ad id in data types in app privacy section on AppStoreConnect and mark it to be collected for tracking but anonymously.

It shows all blog posts by default. The web service that fetches all blogs has an argument category_id and category_slug. So if you want to make changes yourself, you can modify the web service calling.
Which file to make such changes? Can it be changed by addressing “blogs” type in configuration.json file?

Find the line that says fetchBlogArticles() and pass the category_id or category_slug parameter with relevant value, along with page parameter.
It will fetch the blogs based on the supplied category.
Is there a way to specify different categories for each post-fetching section in the ‘configuration.json’ file? I want to dynamically configure multiple sections, each fetching posts from different categories, without fixing a single category for all sections.
There’s no automatic way. You will have to understand and modify the configuration parsing code and lot of other changes.

I was trying to find out if this app has a web version. In one of the comments, I noticed a mention of a WordPress theme. However, we are not interested in using WordPress. Instead, we would like to either build our own Laravel-based web interface or purchase one of the real estate PHP scripts from Codecanyon.
My question is: would it be possible to link the app to a web version that we develop or purchase? Additionally, do you have a web version built with Laravel?

Wordpress web version is currently the only version compatible with this app.
About linking the app to another web version, it would require dozens of changes. I would recommend getting an app template instead.

Enter your URL in HouziBuilder app and it will let you know if there’s any issue with website api configurations.
Make sure you have: - Houzi rest api plugin installed. - You installed JWT Auth plugin - You have setup Auth secret in wp-config - You have setup App secret in Houzi plugin

On first launch of the app the messaging button on the bottom navigation menu doesnt load and we changed the primary color but it still loaded default settings on first load but on second load(after closing and opening again) it works as expected (config file loads fully) is there any reason why is this happening? We have added a nearby listing widget for home pages. That trigger the location permission popup. However most of the website don’t have data in a nearby location of each user, so we haven’t worked that much on the nearby location based listings.
We also have a home-with-location that allows you to pick location from places api.
But since Houzez primarily is a country-state-city based website, its location based routine was inherited in the app naturally.
But the way, you want to implement is not too much out of equation. It will need some flutter programming.
