Hello, i have always been a supporter of Qixer as I have two licenses but i am a bit frustrated. I am still running the 2.1 version as i am afraid to crash my website. I have downloaded the update only to crash the site which i have since restored. The latest version is not working either for a new installation. The first attempt was showing a “please show a valid path error” which i fixed. I have followed your updated installation steps which are leading to additional error when you launch the website. A 404 error is shown requiring install which does not exist (mywebsite.com/install). Third, your install show 775, the screens shown 755. Which one please? Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. I was able to install V2.7 on a new but after adding extra folders in framework and importing the install folder from an older version. Unfortunately, anything else beside the main page is 404. My ticket has been opened. Thanks.
if you found 404 page that might because your installation does not contain .htaccess file Friday and Saturday was our weekend, you will get reply from our team today.
Sorry to bother but I can see that you have replied to the my ticket but i can not open it. I have tried opening on several devices/cleared cache…. I fixed the 404 error per your guidance. Thank you. Now, on admin dashboard, all i can see is dashboard and languages. Tried changing the roles to 1 but still not working. Am i missing something?

The “Install” folder is not located in the download folder and does not allow installation wizard.
Dear sir/Madam, There are no need for install folder now. We have upgrade our system which now automatically detect if you need installation or not. Based on that it will show you installation screen automatically. we have also updated our documentation.

i’m planning an app, the reason i dig it so much is because you can make small changes to have the app adaptable to esim. i can send you an example if you need it. if i add a new service, for example, esim, can i make offline all other services? if yes, it needs to have the option to search for countries and buy it per country, is that something you might be able to do it?

I can also tell you, that there is no such app that can be purchased so you can make a good income from it, you have the base, and small changes are not a big deal.

are you able to make some changes, these are minor changes, like adding a purchase for each item, an option to add countries and prices for each one, and hats all.
I would make all options offline ( with a button) and have the options mentioned above live. If possible, we can certainly proceed.
