The module does not function as expected and as shown in the instructional video. Currently, with the latest version of Perfex CRM, the plugin exhibits the following issues:
If a customer is created without adding a contact, the customer is not synchronized with Lexoffice. Adding a contact to the customer later only synchronizes the contact, leaving the customer itself unsynchronized. This behavior does not match the functionality demonstrated in the instructional video.
When an invoice is created, it is assigned to “Unknown” in Lexoffice rather than to the correct customer. This issue seems to stem from the behavior outlined in point 1. Specifically, since the module assigns the invoice to the customer (not the contact), the missing link between the customer and the contact causes the error.
You need to create a primary contact when created a company in perfex, then you will not face this issue
That is exactly the issue I described. Creating a primary contact ensures the contact is synchronized, but invoices are assigned to customers, not contacts. This means that even with a primary contact, invoices cannot be correctly linked to the customer, making the module unusable.
Waiting over a month for this kind of response only reinforces the impression that something is fundamentally wrong with the support process. Despite this, I still wish you all the best.
Where can i download Version 1.0.1? I have bought this addon and have Support. Tried multiple times to download the new Version but its still V1
Do you plan more updates in the future? 1 update in 3 years is a bit little in my opinion.
You can down the current version from downloads from codecanyon just unintsall the previous version and install this one. it has version 1.0.1 features

No, it doesn’t have all the features and it doesn’t work. API inserted and unfortunately nothing is synchronized. (no error or success message). API in LexOffice has all rights. In PerfexCRM I only have 2 options: Sync Payments and Sync Expenses

Hi, was there a fix for gmf2web or a module update to solve the problem? I have the same problem with this module. Without it, Perfex generates all invoices normally, with this module installed the contacts are imported both ways, but when I create an invoice in Perfex and click save, a white screen appears. Info on how to fix it would be nice

I have the same issue as adelwart: as soon as I create an invoice in Perfex, I get eitehr a white page or error 500. This happens while creating and/or merging invoices. Also invoices created from Lexoffice don’t show up in Perfex.
Can you please check if it’s related to the improvements insce Version 2.9.0 (Sep 2021)? Thank you!

Hello, I bought your plugin for Lexoffice. I have also installed it in perfex and deposited the api key.
I now have the problem that when I create an invoice and then save it (or save as a draft) I then immediately get a wise page displayed in the browser.
