1) What is Shops & Services —> offers? Ans: Provider can create shop and listed their services and products based on shop. Provide can add multiple shops.
2) Do providers get paid directly by the customer and mark their services/items as paid? Ans: No, Admin only get the payments from customer. We need to add payout system. If you purchased our product we will do it for free of cost.
3) Can this code be used as subscription only and not commission based? (Cash on Delivery Only) maybe ?? Ans: You can charge from provider based subscription and commission. If you don’t want commission you can hide.
4) confused about Accounting —> Payments, Accounting —> Revenue and Accounting —> Deposit. Please explain. Ans: Payments: received the amount from customers for the booked services. Revenue: Admin revenue, Deposit: Providers earnings.
5) Settings —> Service Charges? Shop fee and Corona Control?? Ans: If you want to charge new shop creation charge you can configure it from admin dashboard. If you don’t want we can remove this.
