You will be able to add currencies for multi-currency purpose from Configurations>Currencies. All the currencies will be coming from the Database.

You can change the default currency of our system from Configurations>General Settings.

In our system, when you configure a multi-currency, all the products of the system will be displayed on the system default currency. However, if an user changes the system currency to his default currency he will be able to see the converted price on his local currency if the configuration is set for that currency.

The Martvill email template currently has several broken links and structural issues, causing all emails to land directly in the spam folder.

    • Multiple links are either broken or improperly configured.
    • The overall email structure has flaws, which likely trigger spam filters.
  • Plain Text Email Test:
    • When tested with a plain text email, the email was delivered to the inbox without any issues.
    • This confirms that the problem is within the template, not the record configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

Next Steps: You can test this issue from your end, and I’m confident you’ll see the same results. I suggest thoroughly reviewing and fixing the template to resolve this problem.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding the recent API integration and the selection of the Quick route (it should be OTP sms api). Unfortunately, the chosen route seems impractical due to its high cost of 30 INR per SMS, making it unsuitable for regular use. This approach does not effectively serve the intended purpose.

Moving forward, I’m hopeful that you can reconfigure the Fast2SMS SMS Gateway to leverage a more cost-effective and efficient solution.
