Go to driver management & there you can see the subscription plans & it’s option. And in the drivers app once you signup you supposed to choose the subscription plan or skip to commissions plan.
And in the side menu of the drivers app you can see the subscription option.

dear dalip, i explore the both apps but not found two option in it 1: no show to driver before pickup the ride , Ride distance in km and time, and ride destination distance in km and time, there is show only price for driver 2: no found outstation bidding module enable and disable option in admin panel , 3: When driver accept outstation ride it not show on home screen for driver and rider, it must need to go outstation rides option in menu then can be seen. or sometime ride otp not show in rider app,
Hi we will update distance in KM & time in couple of days. and for outstation rides enable/disable option you can find here https://restart.ondemandappz.com/customization-settings
And since the outstation ride is a schedued ride the driver can’t wait in the same screen once he offer his bid and waiting for the acceptance of the customer, And we have an option to show if there is any ride later/outstation rides are yet to start at the top of the driver app home screen right side there wil be glowing button if there is any scheduled ride outstation ride need to pickup or start.

In its complete version that does not ask for a license, my developer and I modify the local network and then put it into production. i think in despatcher ride must be otp confirmation for customer , for customers mobile number verification.
No brother, if we have an otp confirmation for dispatcher created ride for customer, then we need to send the otp to the customers through message using sms gateway, and this won’t required by all country customers, even we have got many customers doesn’t want to have otp confirmation for ride, that’s why we’ve enable/disable option for that feature. If you want we can customize only for you. In the demo app we can’t have the otp option for dispatcher created rides. Thanks
webbooking / dispatch schedule or instant taxi or delivery arent working properly, no notification on user, driver gets notifications but no otp code option to start the ride, on user side there is no notification that driver arrived
Hi, In the admin panel we have an option to book a ride for customer who doesn’t have mobile phones, that’s why there is no notifications on the users app. If the customer have the application they can make a ride by themselves. I don’t think it’s very important to send notifications. Since the ride created by dispatcher admin there is no otp section in the drivers app. That’s the workflow.

After intering phone number, OTP is not sent and the app loads indefinitely. i enter phone number, click to get otp and it keeps loading

is update release today ? can you add by time reward in releasing update? mean admin can calculate the drivers online and offline record and give them rewards for online , for example admin say if the driver online for 10 hours and dont miss any ride his reward will be xxx. etc.

Hi, here are the answers 1. Yes you can change the audio file 2. What do you mean by realtime navigation ?
real-time navigation means that the navigation system guides the driver to follow the directions on the road from departure to arrival at the customer’s home, without this the driver cannot know where the customer is, Google Maps does it with voice
Yes we have a navigation button to redirect to the google map, so we don’t need to implement that in the app to save the cost of google apis calls.

Hi I really liked your application but there is still a lot to improve compared to the competition. I have a few questions
1/Can we put the currency symbol on the right and have a price like that 1000,5000,10,000,100,000,250,000
2/I think you should add an option for drivers to receive the reduced fare amount instead of the full fare because: • During off-peak hours and when there is heavy competition, the operating company needs to reduce prices to attract users. This helps drivers secure income and remain competitive. It’s a form of sharing so that drivers still earn a living. • Small companies may not have enough funds to continuously offer discounts while still paying drivers the full fare. • Users may pay in cash, and once again, the company has to reimburse the drivers. This can create complications.
3/is it possible for drivers to receive a second trip requests when they are 5KM or less from the destination of the current trip
3/Can the driver resume an unfinished trip after closing the application
the features mentioned above are a requirement for applications of drivers, most applications have this functionality
