Sorry for the delay, must have missed your message somehow.
This software is completely stand alone, it has nothing to do with any 3rd party services.
phpAnalytics comes with a tracking monitor which you can insert on any website that you want to track.
If you want to integrate phpAnalytics (as a software) into another project, then that’s a discussion you’ll need to have with your web developer. Our software’s source code is completely open so this means you can integrate it into your current Laravel website if that’s what you’re looking for.

Have you already tested this with 500+ websites in one account? The dashboard and the application load extremely slowly. I think the code isn’t designed for this. The code would need to be changed to use caching. Otherwise, loading the pages takes an extremely long time because statistics for every single website are being loaded, which doesn’t really make sense.

We’re not loading the stats on the dashboard when you have 500+ websites. Only the stats for 10 websites are being loaded at once (for the selected time span), we might remove this entirely in a future update. We do a sum of total pageviews for the current month for all websites however, in order to show the plan’s progress in the sidebar.
You can go to app/Http/View/Composers/UserStatsComposer.php and change line 32 to:
$this->pageviewsCount = 0;
This will remove the query that’s calculating the pageviews for your websites.
If that does not improve your pageload, then perhaps is time to consider doing a server upgrade instead.

I have removed the page view functionality from header.blade and moved it to account.blade. So far, I’ve noticed a slight difference and will need to test further with a server upgrade.

At this point I can confirm that the sidebar pageviews counter will be a cached version of the previous day (calculated by the daily cronjob and stored on the users table to be refreshed daily).
We’re doing significant changes to the database as part of an effort to bring support for custom Timezone for all stats pages and graphs, across all our products (phpShort, phpAnalytics, and an unreleased product).
The dashboard might also be a bit different in our next release. Stay tuned.

You cannot create plans when on a regular license. Plans, Invoices, Tax Rates, Coupons, Payments are all part of the Payment module, which requires an Extended license to use. Simply change the default plan to unlimited and you’re ready to go.

The installation procedure is super straight forward, assuming you’re reading and ensuring your server meets the minimum requirements.
As replied via email, you must make sure all the pre-requisites are met by your server before being able to install the software.
Your server does not have the Fileinfo module enabled on it. Enable this module and you’ll be able to proceed forward in the installation process.

With Regular license, there will be just 1 (one) plan, the default plan, which will be applied system-wide to all accounts. You’ll be able to change the number of websites for all users, but not for an invididual one. Meaning if you’re allowing 10 websites for the default plan, that’s what all users will have. If you set the default plan to 1 (one) website, then all users will be able to add just 1 website.

Simply log-in at https://phpanalytics.lunatio.com with the default credentials, and you can click on the “Admin” icon in the sidebar to see the Admin Dashboard.
Users can be Suspended or Restored.

hey! so I do not want to charge users at all. can I remove all paywalls and the number of pageviews used counter and all that? like remove plans completely. it bothers me that it feels like im selling plans to users when in reality I only have a free plan… thank you!

There’s absolutely no paywall when using a Regular license. By default, there is no limitation to the pageviews. If you’ve imposed a limitation, you can set it to unlimited again by setting the value to “-1”. Same applies to other settings.
Plans are part of the core product, and there are situations where users downgrade from an Extended license to Regular license, as such – we must display the currently active plan for the user.
If you want to visually remove those indicators, simply edit the template files. For example, to remove the sidebar counter, you can simply edit /resources/views/shared/header.blade.php and remove the sidebar counter altogether. Same would apply for any other section you may want to change.

Does the script give a realistic perspective to the „real“ count of visitors of a website or is it also affected by do not track settings etc like Matomo?

By default, the tracking code will ignore the DoNotTrack browser’s option, as our tracking mechanism is focused on privacy and no personal or identifiable data is being stored.
However, the website owners that will install the tracking code are able to change the tracking code to respect the DoNotTrack setting if they choose to.
Additionally, the way we are tracking users differs from how others are doing it and is not as accurate as the traditional methods of tracking users (page views are 100% accurate, just the visitors are not). The API is an interface to the phpAnalytic’s database. Users can retrieve their information in a programmatic way. If they have the developer knowledge required they can create their own interface, their own graphs, plugins for popular CMS, their own integration with live chats and anything else you can think of. This is marked as “Expert” level, as it requires the user to be familiar with APIs and a programming language.

Unfortunately, you have no documentation on the API and event tracking, users do not understand how to use the script, how to track events. You give strange answers to simple questions. I have not been able to get the necessary information from you for a week, so I can not buy the script without clear relevant documentation. There’s no “setting up API” because an API cannot be set up. It can only be used (accessed). It’s clearly marked as “Expert level” on our Demo, as it requires you to have programming knowledge, which you obviously lack: https://i.imgur.com/0juwRRD.png
As for Events tracking, it requires you to have Javascript knowledge, which you also appear to be lacking, since even upon providing you with real-world examples, you were unable to comprehend the information provided.

For your information, if I had the deep knowledge mentioned, I would never buy scripts from you or people like you, but would make a script myself. But developing and tinkering with the code is not in my plans, I wanted to buy a finished product ready for marketing. In this case, you made a product that does not suit me, I found out after clarifying questions, as I wrote to you above, the fact is that after purchasing this product, I still need to hire paid programmers – and this ruins the entire marketing and the meaning of the script’s existence. Buyers who do not know the programming languages specified by you from your words – do not need to buy this product. The majority of our customers are not programmers and they run phpAnalytics just fine.
