Subject: Refund request – Cab2door source code unusable

I am contacting you regarding the purchase of the Cab2door source code (backend + mobile applications) made on your platform.

After several days of installation attempts with a properly configured Android environment (Android Studio, SDK, emulator/Genymotion, ADB, etc.), it is clear that:

Only the Laravel / Admin part works correctly.

The Android / React Native mobile projects cannot be compiled or installed properly, even when strictly following your documentation.

We repeatedly encountered Gradle / Java build errors and internal configuration issues in the project, which indicates that the code provided is not up to date or breaks with current versions of the Android tools.

After checking the environment step by step (Node, Java, Android SDK, ADB, emulator, etc.) and trying the usual fixes, it is obvious that the problem comes from the template itself and not from the local configuration.

Under these conditions, the product does not match what is promised in the description (“complete working solution”) and is unusable for the mobile part. I am therefore requesting a full refund for this purchase or, failing that, a corrected and installable version of the mobile application within a reasonable timeframe.

How much If I buy regular licence will it cost me to set up the android and iOS app, I can upload it myself to the store??

It this convertable for motorcylce taxi?

Is there any web-based booking facility so that travelers can book via laptop or desktop?

Hello, I am interested in seeing more details about your product, especially about a feature related to heat maps, is this feature visible to taxi drivers? Is it very useful to know the demand for trip requests by customers currently, or what do you use it for in your app? On the other hand, for a demand, let’s say about 1000 permanent users, what characteristics should the Linux server have where the backend will be installed? Do you use Firebase to send notifications only? About the request flow from the clients who make the request… Is the request sent to several drivers or is it sent to just one and if they reject it, is it sent to the next on a list? Regarding the price calculation, how do you do this using libraries or algorithms within the same app? Regarding payment, where I live, they offer very few online payment options, but they do exist, especially those related to QR payments from bank-linked accounts. Credit cards are rarely used by customers for these types of payments. Can I add this type of payment gateway? What options do I have for this?

first time i am very disappointed from code canyon code seller. your documentation and script is not proper and there is too much bug like booking is not working live can tracking , role permission , and other admin and app features not working properly , and you are not sharing configuration idea to execute the project , and demanding for extra payment to resolve it , because of your hidden configuration to get extra payment this script is being useless for me and in your product page you have not mentioned any where you are not sharing configuration setting and additional charges . even I solved your app bugs to create build assigning own resource . just asking to execute the script properly . i am not saying to upload the apps in play store etc

If you make this script, I have enough customers to buy it and I want your company to work on it properly. by the way already some projects available on court canion like this and I can install, edit , but my customer in the next period they will not get some of its updates. I want properup company to launch it project and manage it with next updates.
