The presentation of your product is not clear, but what are the forms of notification currently available natively? Another question is, is there at least a notification to webhook? Since it is a PHP script, is it open source? When your product goes offline, does this record appear in the database?

1) First of all, take back up of both the app code and database. back up of both should be there before we go ahead with the next steps.
2) Upload the latest code to replace the old application code.
3) Go to the application root folder in a terminal and then run php artisan migrate.

Right now we have email as the native way of notifications. We also have addon modules for slack and twilio sms notifications. and we can provide teams notifications also as an addon module.

In terms of features, we have almost the identical features as that of https://uptimerobot.com. Monitoring from one location means, we will be pining servers from one server only. I guess uptimerobot.com will be pining servers from multiple locations. Please let me know if you need any other clarification

Also I’d like to know how the SaaS works. When the user subscribes is the payment taken automatically every month by stripe or does the user have to manually pay every month. It looks like when a user subscribes to a subscription, they have to manually pay each month
Monthly email reports => Don’t have at the moment. Telegram & MS Teams, Webhook, Zapier, Pagerduty => Doesn’t support . User have to pay manually

It’s been awhile but I recall you were going to update the:
1. sort options for domains eg. https://postimg.cc/fVtxygMC because users can have 100s.
2. the public status page displays all Latest Incidents. Admin can set it to last 30 days and have a pagination of maybe 10 incidents per page.
