Hello, Please consider adding a student/parent subscription function such that when a parent or student has not yet paid after expiry of the subscription, student and parent are not able to access all features except the payment module to pay and the system activates their full access again

There is a problem in system associate with purchase code.Sometime show invalid Code…This Script Use multiple user or Client in Real time if any problem in purchase Code then it is a very big problem.We lose our user and client!!!....Hope RamomCoder fix this problem in quick way….!

Why is it not possible to connect both parents (mother and father) to a student so they can both monitor the child’s progress?

Currently, it seems like only one parent can view the student’s details. If we create an account for the mother, what about the father? How can we connect the father to their child’s account as well?

Hello When we try to update the last version 6.7 not successful and this message came

Purchase key already used to download upgrade files for version 6.5.0. Performing multiple auto updates to the latest version with one purchase key is not allowed. If you have multiple installations you must buy another license.

If you have staging/testing installation and auto upgrade is performed there, you should perform manually upgrade in your production area

Upgrade failed? The error can be shown also if the update failed for some reason, but because the purchase key is already used to download the files, you won’t be able to re-download the files again.

We are evaluating your product for potential purchase, but we found that, the “Card Management” feature does not quite work well. For example, in order to generate a student ID card, I created a template, but preview does not seem right considering the dimensions I have given. It is also not intuitive. Can you please add pre-made templates to it so that Its easy for people.

The same case with Admit card, can you add pre-built template?. Also, is there a provision to create Transfer certificate of student?

Please let us know as early as possible to enable us make right decision to purchase this software. Also, let us know when is your next release going to come?
