I have downloaded the package, upon extracting the files from installable zip file, and following the installation documentation, I found that in the download, the change required for the permission to the folders, Storage/Framework and Storage/Logs are missing in the installable zip file for my download.
Is the download to all customer are common or do you give separate downloadable files to expired support?
How do you look to resolve this issue and where can I access or obrain the missing sub folder’s ?
