The demo is running very slow. Why?
We checked the app and it’s working good speed but it’s demo server so possible slow sometimes. Our server used only for testing for buyers.
I’m just posting this in response to some other recent comments here. We did have custom work done, as Primocys pointed out (with the link). However, we also had it integrated with the website logins along with mobile responsive and other features, so it was very use case specific for what we needed.
Ultimately, this is not only a new product, but it’s a fantastic product and we are happy to help support Primocys in Whoxa’s further development. They are also helping us in the process, and their rates are very reasonable.
If you are looking at buying Whoxa, you are probably running some sort of commercial or semi-commercial website. The alternatives are far more expensive, even with getting some customization done for your specific needs. Please go price out an advanced or Enterprise license for CometChat, for example. https://www.cometchat.com/pricing – Other similar group chat options are in the same ballpark or higher. Granted these are hosted, but even with hosting costs on top, Whoxa is still more cost effective for larger scale sites.
For us, getting an extended license with custom development was a no-brainer. This team (Primocys) are great to work with, so you can have confidence in the product as well as this company. The turnaround time was also very quick, compared with other developers I’ve worked with in the past.
It costs money to develop great software, no doubt. We all need to make a living. If it takes custom work to add new specific features, then I have no problem with that and I’m happy to support such great developers and a great product. It ultimately benefits everyone!
So kudos to Primocys. If you are even just buying the standard Whoxa license with no custom work done, you are getting a great product for an unheard of value.

I should also mention that we tested and trialed about 5 other options (including CometChat etc.) before we found Whoxa, and they were all lacking in features and function for what we needed. The only one that looked like it fit our needs we didn’t bother testing, as it was thousands of dollars per month.

hello i see that you changed responsive for mobile this is very good…. btw is there a solution to add users by only username so not only phone number people dont always want to use phone number… is it possible in update you can have also with email registration username.. or phone and without phone this will be very great solution i will buy this script even i am scared that maybe its not fast enough because i dont know much about how this script is build and how the quality of the code will handle users can you explain more information about this when i use a good vps/ and the username thanks alot…. btw your script is really good design and it can be one of the highest rated scripts on codecanyon so please keep supporting and updating this script cause it really looks good

Yes mobile responsive we added in this script and it’s completely chat SAAS product so we did best quality code structure plus if millions users use this script then also work fine as just need good VPS server.
Currently we did mobile responsive with high quality so it’s also look like apps like experience.

I don’t believe this should be custom work. This is a basic requirement that is needed to make sure it can scale. We can’t have an app that just works for a few weeks knowing that people will share documents, images, etc. I really think this should be PRIORITISED

This looks fantastic. I’ve been researching a lot of options, and this has a lot of potential. There’s a few things holding me back that I would gladly pay extra for. One is rich media previews for Instagram links, as well as video embedding for YouTube. Giphy or Tenor support is a must. A simple poll feature is also something that is important for community focused chat. Having those features would increase the value of this plugin immensely. As of now, it’s harder to consider, not because of the price, but because of the lack of those features compared to some other competitors. All the best to you, I’d love to see this grow!
I did also notice that it doesn’t scale for mobile. That’s going to be important to have that in place. The interface is really nicely done though! Impressive.

The current script is only for the web version. We didn’t launch the Android and iOS apps. It will come at this month’s end as we launch free video/audio call API using webRTC.

My advice is to add more features and also reduce the price to at least $20 or $25 for first 10 buyers, so we can test and see how far this is working too

Reduce price to something like 24$ for your first few buyers and then you will get sales and more traffic to your item page. Then you can increase price at that time.
