I’m using Stockly and have run into two problems: 1) Full payment recorded, but generated invoice shows full amount due Steps to reproduce Create a Sales Order (e.g., total £1,000). Record full payment against the sale. The UI shows a green tag “Paid in full / Nothing due.” Generate/print the Invoice for that sale. Expected: Invoice status = Paid, Due = £0.00. Actual: Invoice shows full amount due again (appears “Unpaid”). Notes: It looks like the invoice’s balance isn’t binding to the recorded payment lines. Please ensure invoice balance is derived from sum(payments applied to this invoice) and not reset on invoice generation or delivery/stock events. If payment is recorded at Sales Order level, it should be applied/allocated to the spawned invoice automatically. 2) No workflow for partial returns (specific items/quantities) Scenario: I sell multiple items, later the customer returns some quantity (not the whole order). I need to: accept partial returns at line-item level, issue a credit note (full or partial), restock returned quantity, and reflect the refund/credit in the customer ledger. Current behavior: I can’t find a way to return specific quantities per line; there’s no guided RMA/Return → Credit Note → Restock flow.

In different countries legal statuses and expactation are very different from an invoice as a legal document; thus we made the section to satisft most of our client’s expectations. But your request will be reviewed and might be applied as an option.
For your second request, current version is not have an actual return logic; withdraw option is more like a partial solution. A detailed return mechanism is on our update schedule.

Question: Is there a way to add materials under products, similar to how Craftybase works? For example:

And once a product is sold, the stock of the materials (ingredients) used for that product is automatically reduced. Craftybase also handles cost splitting across materials. Is there any way to achieve something similar with this theme?

Hi, just wanted to check in to see if there are any updates on this.
When I create a sales order and record full payment while stock status is still pending, everything looks fine, but once I confirm stock-out the system again shows the order as if payment is due, creating a duplicate payment request even though a payment entry already exists; additionally, if I later edit the same sales order to add items, the system recalculates the order total from scratch and ignores the previous payments already applied, instead of carrying them forward and adjusting the balance — can you please check and fix so earlier payments remain correctly applied after stock confirmation and order edits?

Please one final request in your next update if you can add the feature to do quotations and, when those quotations are approved we should be able to move it to invoice and issue the invoice or null the quotation if our proposal fails
can you explain how to transfer stock from one warehouse to another?

Reselling is prohibited; however, you may use the software for your clients by purchasing one license per client under your name.
Currently, translations are available in English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese. French can also be added as a default language if there is sufficient demand. Additionally, you can easily translate it into French yourself, thanks to its user-friendly and translation-ready localization system.

Stockly can work on a normal hosting but it could require it to work on root path, could be yourdomain.com/ or sub.yourdomain.com.
