The WhatsApp cart is a separate cart than the default WooCommerce cart. The products added to the WhatsApp cart will be handled inside the WhatsApp cart without depending on the default WooCommerce cart.

1) The WhatsApp plugin have its own cart separate from the WooCommerce cart. Thus, when the customer sends a WhatsApp inquiry, there is no WooCommerce order is created. It is just an inquiry message on WhatsApp. It will also create an separate inquiry post which you can see in the WP admin panel: https://s3.envato.com/files/305062789/order-requests.png
2) As mentioned above, it is totally separate from the WooCommerce cart. Thus, there is no checkout process. However, you can add the custom fields in the WhatsApp inquiry form: https://s3.envato.com/files/305062789/newform.png

Coupons work with the default WooCommerce cart and checkout where the customers make payments.
In WhatsApp cart, there is no payment made but an enquiry is sent to the admin on WhatsApp. Coupons are of no use for enquiries on WhatsApp thus coupons are not used.

Hi Team, I have purchased the plugin for WhatsApp order (https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-whatsapp-order/27861649/) I have to ask one question that if I have select the option for multi product then is there any possibility to share the product on WhatsApp directly by skipping the WhatsApp cart page? And while select for single product its redirects to WhatsApp properly but showing wrong calculations. Please suggest me if any options are there.
