To add the menu voice, you can use the following setting: https://nimb.ws/rdTSn2u . That setting requires the theme to be properly implementing in the wp_nav_menus.
The add-to-quote process doesn’t depend specifically on the plugin but on the server processing requets time

You can just copy the template file in your child theme folder: {child_folder}/wcqt/input-fields/
Hello Support, I have two questions:
1. How can I set up a flat rate shipping. When I enter the flat rate shipping when editing, it is always 0. So I have to enter the shipping and tax manually. Is there no function for that?

I had explained to you in my first message that I wanted to install two licenses on a single website in order to be able to configure a license in French and a license in Italian and you told me that this was possible. The two licenses are clearly visible in the Wordpress extensions but only one license can be activated.
Your screenshot shows how to deactivate a license but does not show how to activate two licenses.

Yes, it was possible, but both sites must have two different backends so that each version can manage a different version of the plugin. For each language domain, you need to create a subfolder or a subdomain.

The site and domain (that identifies the unique product) are the same, but each language must be managed by a different installation, each installation with its license.

I use Polylang for the translation of the website into several languages and I do not want to use WPML as I already have a Polylang license. It is also not possible to use a subdomain for the proper functioning of Polylang.

Yes, the site is the same, but WordPress hasn’t any function to allow the usage of multiple instances of the same plugin. For this kind of scenario, you need eventually to create subdomains (ita.yoursite.com, french.yoursite.com). This however depends on WordPress, not on the plugin.
If this is not the case, why exactly do you need to associate multiple licenses to the same instance of the plugin? What is the issue? If you provide more details, I will be glad to assist.
If you don’t need the license, you can just ask for a refund via the CodeCanyon refund request form.
Your extension does not manage the form in several languages. A year ago, you advised me to use WPML but since the site already has a Polylang license, this solution did not suit me. I can use a code substitution as for example with the extension “Find and Replace” but your code generates variable and not fixed IDs. My last solution is to install your extension for the French language and to duplicate your extension for the Italian language in order to have a form in French and a form in Italian. If you have other solutions, I am listening to you because I would really like to find a solution for this website.
I’m really sorry but unfortunately, you simply should use the plugin for how it is designed. To have multilanguage you need to use WPML This kind of workaround is not useful because leads to unexpected results (like the one you are experiencing).

Hi. Any doc on how to use it? I dont know what status or steps to do so that the client have a link in email to the quote to accept or reject
1. I put status On hold quote + order action to Send order details + Update
but the customer get only the order table – no reject or accept

You can customize the email notification template by editing the one you find in the woocommerce-quote\templates\emails folder.
You can copy them in {your_theme}/wocommerce-quote/emails/ folder and customize as you wish

The link (not multiple links) is the link to the order details page via which the customer can pay or reject the quote.
Regarding the error, try enabling the WordPress debug mode and debug log and see which error you actually experiencing and which script is raising it.

Try coping the file via FTP to avoid any corruption. Try also to see if in the debug are reported other errors that might be raising before that, that might be the cause of the “endfile” error.

The guest needs to register in order to access the “My Account” area which is a private area. WooCommerce requires the customer to be logged in to access it. Furthermore, Quotes/Orders are associated with the user accounts, so the customer needs to be registered in order to retrieve all the orders/quotes associated with his profile. Via the options menu, you can restrict the quotable products to be restricted only for certain user roles (like the customer role).

It seems that something in your server is preveting accessing the page. Without any further clue it is quite hard to determine the cause.

I’m sorry, the plugin wasn’t designed for that. The idea is that the customer doesn’t know the price of the item, so he asks for a quote to know.
If you need it, however, once purchased, I can tell you which template to modify (a template that you can copy in your child theme so you do have not to restore when updating) and how to do to display the prices on the quote page.

- Thank you for reporting. Note that was a warning (not an error). It means that no script was crashing preventing the site from working. I’ve fixed it in the latest plugin version I’ve just released
- You cannot. The plugin is designed to work exactly like that and cannot be “disabled”. The plugin (like all the major quotation plugins) manages quotes in order with special order statuses
- It could be due to a 3rd party interference. Ensure the Site key and Secret key you are using are correct. If you send via private message (click on my name then use the low-right box) reporting your email, wp-admin access, FTP access, and the link to the quotation page, I can perform some further analysis

- The frontend page templates can be found inside the templates\frontend inside the plugin. They can be copied into you {theme_folder}/woocommerce-quote/frontend/. Feel free to customize as you wish. Note that any issue generated by your customization is not covered by the support service

- For this you can try editing the HTML.php (classes\com) folder. The style to the item is added at line 27: array(‘wcqt_menu_element’). Try adding new elements to that array, each element is a CSS class name
- If that message is not displayed, That depends on the theme. The plugin shows a default message that informs the customer about the product added to the quote list. As you see by editing the Cart.php (classes\com) file, the plugin adds a notice (via the wc_add_notice function) with that kind of message at 166. By default, the message displays the text “The product has been added to the quote list”. You can customize the text via the options menu and make it link to the quote page. If the theme ignores the wc_add_notice message, you should contact the theme developer
- The default template has that button: https://nimb.ws/XTbLjoO . You find the template in the woocommerce-quote\templates\frontend\quote-page\product-table.php . You can edit that file and copy to your child theme {theme_folder}\/woocommerce-quote/frontend/quote-page/

That’s a theme issue. The element is properly rendered by the plugin (you can see from the page source code): https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/trnoo68qj9bgicy4lqepc/wcqt_icon.png?rlkey=sx68chpjaa5jl4s4stvudwelz&dl=0 but something in your installation (maybe the theme) is hiding it.

The plugin prints the message by invoking the native woocommerce wc_add_notice() function.
Most likely your theme is ignoring those messages. Ensure it properly handles those kinds of notices.
How do I make meta-data from other plugins appear in the Quote? For example, I am using Product FIelds pro (https://www.studiowombat.com/plugin/advanced-product-fields-for-woocommerce/) and product configurator (https://codecanyon.net/item/multistep-product-configurator-for-woocommerce-/8749384) which both add meta data to a woocommerce order. However, this meta-data does not show up in the quote request.
Because they are adding custom metadata the plugin is not aware on how they format the data and where to display it.
If you send me a more detailed description of what you need and some screenshots, I can evaluate the work and send a quotation. The work however implies that I have to read those plugin codes, understand how they format the data, and understand how to retrieve it and display it.
