Frankly, this is the worst treatment I have seen from a theme I bought. No support responds to us, and nothing we asked for has been fixed. I just bought a large host for this theme, and I think I will sell the host because of the poor quality and lack of it, or I will file a complaint with Envato. No update, no support responds to us at all, and the money is gone.

Please modify the theme as soon as possible and add the updates requested by me and other customers. I have read most of the comments of people who bought the theme and it is clear that everyone is not satisfied with the lack of updating the theme and that it is not completely complete and has many errors. If you don’t know, look it up on Google: “CRUD is an acronym that stands for “Create, Read, Update, and Delete.” It refers to the four basic operations performed in databases and information management systems.”
Now that this is not going to change, and you are not going to add the essential delete buttons for system maintenance, I am not going to tell you anything else. This message is for all those who dared to invest or those who plan to do so as well. Observe your system and see if it works properly without the options to delete any publication, user or any element you wish to delete. Do a detailed study of the system and draw your own conclusions. If you agree, that would be fine, but if you don’t, then you will have the same concern. It is not about the money invested in this poorly designed product whose authors do not want to give a logical and convincing answer regarding the design failure. This is a pre purchase suggestion, the template is nice and fine, but please in your next update make the groups on the homepage demo groups, until user register before they should be able to get access to real groups from real users, cause I have basic knowledge in bot automation, it can used to abuse these theme if it grows bigger in Google search. And add page views counter to each group group to foster popularity and engagements.
