Sorry for the late response.
As of now, web is not fully compatible with fingerprints.
You can put a biometric attendance system & export its data for importing in UltimatePOS. That way all attendance will get synced with the system.

I have set limit counter limit yearly leave 30 days, but still i see User can make apply for leave more than 30 days?

Yes, practically sometimes even if 30 days of leave is allowed they can take more than it.

Hi i have noticed a lot of persons asking a simple question which is not answered and it is preventing my from purchasing without clarity. With regards to attendance machine, no one exports or import manually anymore it makes no sense, is there are way using API to get attendance data directly once an employee clocks in from the attendance machine. Need this answer before i can purchase all related scripts

Hello, this add-in has to add biweekly payrolls, that is, every 15 days of the month.

As of now this module supports monthly payroll but there are ways to do biweekly by making a partial payment for a monthly payroll.

Hello team, how to configure several prices for a product depending on the quantity purchased. For example when a customer buys 1 pc he pays 10usd and he can also get 6 usd but must necessarily buy 10 pcs.

Sales Targets There is NO report if each user can calculate the commission for each sales goal or the commission report will change e.g. if a user met the goal from 1% to 3% in the commission agent report it will automatically change to 3%.

How to delete the data in the all payroll? I made a dummy payroll and I can’t delete it. Also our payroll is twice a month. I can’t create another payroll in the same month.

We highly advice that you create 2 different businesses, one to test & another for actual data. Once the payroll is finalised it cannot be deleted but if you haven’t finalised it then you can delete.

Welcome This addition is very excellent But it lacks some additions to be better than that You need a way to add custody to employees And also adding advances to employees There must be a report on the trust and advances owed to the employees And the advances are deducted from the salary The trust is also deducted from the salary if the trust is not returned Please pay attention to these simple things so that the program is complete

For advance you can simply add a expense in the name of employee and add multiple deducation by selecting the month which it’ll be deducated.

Hello, I see you add partial payment in payroll but still show full payment in printing slip for each employee, also in profit/loss report still show all payroll amount instead of paid amount only.

In the printing slip it shows the amount that is calculated for the payroll.
We can add the paid amount details there also.
Profit/Loss will show those regardless of the payment amount, similar to what happens for purchase & sales.
We’ll check for the improvement that can be done here in future release.

1. How to edit payroll amount if it’s already paid ? 2. How to pay salary staff partial ? 3. How to select some staff to pay in payroll group ? i.e. I don’t want to pay all at once. 4. Where is HRM Reports? like total payroll of every month, year, staff, attendance

1.The reason for giving Status is that once it’s final you cannot edit. Also before final you can keep it as draft, verify it and then set to final.

For the payroll, how do you see total payroll so far for each employee? For example in the month of March, how do you see total salary received by employee since January?
