Having trouble with CRUD-Builder. Adding any columns results in Error 500 when pressing “Generate”. If I don’t add any columns at all and press “Generate” the result is Success – but no new database tables. Also, what is the “Validation” option in the column definition? I don’t know what to enter into that field. Is it Javascript, RegEx, other? Is it documented somewhere?

The validation for the CRUD uses the regular laravel validation rules you just need to seperate the validation with |. Example:
required|numeric|string

There’s a bug with the CRUD Builder on Linux/Ubuntu. The path in code points to http://domain.com/plugins/iCheck/icheck.min.js but the installed folder is named “icheck”. The easy fix is to rename the folder plugins/icheck to plugins/iCheck – with a capital “C”.
Actually, the better fix is to change the source file located at /resources/views/crud-view/builder.blade.php from “plugins/iCheck” to “plugins/icheck”. Just changing the paths caused other issues.
