People often want to send their certificates via email to employers or attach them to job applications. However, many companies reject image attachments due to security concerns, considering them as potential virus risks.

Students frequently ask us why the certificates are not provided as PDF files instead. I have brought this up several times, but there has been no response. With the advancement of technology, more attention should be paid to certificate design and formatting processes, as it significantly impacts the institution’s brand image. The current system does not look professional or functional.

Will certificates be issued as PDFs with this update, or will you continue to use this outdated, archaic method?

I would like to share some feedback regarding your plugin and suggest improvements that could greatly enhance its functionality for users like myself.

1.Group Management: Currently, the system does not allow adding the same individual to multiple groups, which limits flexibility in managing group assignments. Additionally, there is no functionality to assign groups to a course directly. Implementing a system where individuals added to a course are automatically assigned to the corresponding group would be a significant improvement and highly beneficial for users.

2.Payment Gateway Integration: As of now, the plugin does not support Binance as a payment gateway. Binance is a globally recognized and widely used payment platform. Adding it to your plugin would not only improve its utility but also attract a broader audience, thereby increasing user adoption.

1. Points reset annually, encouraging continuous engagement.

2. To incentivize more engagement and meaningful interactions, points to gradually decrease for repeated actions (e.g., the 3rd comment in a day may earn fewer points than the first or none).

3. Streaks are the future please consider adding (streaks are earned by learning a lesson each day and if failed will reset to 0) this will encourage users to visit the website/App daily (You can research TryHackMe’s model)
