Hi, How to change Telemed link details within sending email from Zoom to Google Meet? I try to set active to Google Meet at configuration, but the received mail still show information link of Zoom.

Are you referring to the Video Call button? If yes, it will appear for both the patient and the doctor once the doctor checks in. Additionally, the appointment service must be an online service for the button to appear.

Yes, the button will appear. It is not time-dependent but is based on the appointment status. Once the status is updated to checked-in, the button will be visible.

I don’t understand why an app of this type doesn’t have a clinic registration. It’s strange. I know several clinic management apps and all of them have a clinic registration, client registration, doctor registration, and receptionist registration, that is, if a clinic wants to use the app, they simply open the app’s website and register their clinic with all their data, their account is activated and they can start using the app, and this is the same process for any web and mobile application that has an account creation system. The problems I see with this app are:
When you install the app, right on the login page there shouldn’t be those options of: Demo Admin, Doctor Admin, Receptionist admin, etc. There should only be a login form and clinic account creation. Why put demo data if you already have a demo version that people can test before buying?
When the app is installed, the app should come empty without any information in the database, then the app’s customers (clinics, doctors, receptionists) will register. Now imagine receiving an application with a lot of data already inserted and then we have to delete all the data.
You create an app that can be used in any country but at least you should insert the main languages because nowadays by default all software, apps have almost all languages for customers to choose from, especially in your Kivicare app which is used internationally…
Your Kivicare installation documentation is very confusing and not explanatory, remember that most people who buy your app are not programmers, so your documentation should be more detailed and explain all the steps in more detail so that a regular customer doesn’t have to spend months trying to make it work.
You released an app of this type but don’t have the frontend part, this should be something that should have been released much earlier, because how are we going to promote the app to clinics and others if the app doesn’t have a frontend?

2. Login Page & Clinic Registration: We already offer a multi-vendor mode. When multi-vendor is enabled, the Clinic Admin login appears on the login page, allowing clinic admins to create clinics, doctors, receptionists, and associated data directly.

4. Documentation: We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the documentation. We’re working on adding more detailed instructions to make the installation process clearer and more user-friendly.

After installing i can’t enter in the console, in the web i mean, the credentials are not matching if i try demo admin etc, there is no user in the db so i think is not possibile to enter can i have the password for the admin to be sure is the correct one ?

I have bought Kivicare pro and also bought Google Meet Addon but it is pathetic, different errors everyday on wordpress? I want to do away with wordpress.

KiviCare Laravel includes a Patient app, Clinic Admin app (Roles: Clinic Admin, Doctor, Receptionist), Admin Panel (Roles: Super Admin, Clinic Admin, Doctor, Receptionist), and a Frontend Widget for quick booking from the web with limited details. A full frontend for users is currently not available, but it is under development and will be provided in future updates.
3. Database Migration: Migration from KiviCare WordPress is not possible, as it has entirely different database configurations from this script.
4. Add-ons: At the moment, there are no add-ons available for this script.
5. Google Meet Integration: Yes, Google Meet is free with this script.
