Hi there WeLaunch Team. Can each Wizard Form have it’s own email message that the user will receive? How can I do that? As I see now all forms uses the same email message. I also noticed that the logo I set on the Set a Logo section is not showing then the user receives the email.

I bought this plugin last year but I just got a chance to install it and use it now. I saw in your video presentation that you show 3 example wizards. I dont have those. Do i need to import them separately? Where can I download them?
Our demo forms are not available to import as they are just demos. You need to build your own guides 
I am looking to have a questionnaire ask a serisous of questions and then recommend any pages that match the criteria. Can this be used with pages instead of posts?
Yes of course. You can filter by any post type
Thanks… Since pages don’t have a short description or excerpt, is there any way to get a button to show up in the results to view the page?
I added an excerpt field via functions.php for my pages but its not showing in the results.
Beyond a few “issues” I have perosnally, I rate this 5 stars.
If I may ask for some more responsive control over the results page? I personally like to see anything XS as 1 column, SM 2 column and then LG at the default setting (I have at 3 columns in the admin).
I know I can edit the plugin files to accomadate this, but I’m not sure If I can add and edit to my child theme for future updates.
Having a bit more control responsive wise would be great, rather than just the settings default and hard coded “wordpress-form-wizard-col-xs-6”, which I changed to “wordpress-form-wizard-col-xs-12” but again, future updates will overwrite that

Hi, I have a pre sale question. I have been testing the backend demo a bit.
I want to create a car parts guide with the following steps.
Select make > Model > Variant > then display only the parts of that variant.
(Example) The make is BMW so in the BMW guide the steps are:
1. Model Choices: X3 | X5 | X6
2. Variant Choices for X3: X3 G08 2012 | X3 G09 2022 | X3 G09 2024
3. Parts to only display the chosen variant

So if I add all the variants under question number 2 it will show all the variants of all the models no mater which model I choose?
Or will it select individual variants if I select X3 it only shows the X3 variants or if I select X5 it only shows the variants for X5 and the same for X6?
What will the connection be to hide the unrelated variants?
In our plugin settings you can define which ones are variant based. Example “color”. Then when the question color comes up the results are based on variants and not in variable parent products.

Is there a way of removing the side scroll bar on the “questions” screen, it’s confusing for the customers to have two scroll bars, we’d love to just be able to control the scroll with the native scroll bar.

Hi there, yes correct you need to use custom CSS to hide the scroll bar. However you may should check your mobile view as scrolling can be quite long when you have many answers.

Yes you can just leave out the title and description when you edit your wizard guide.

wurde das Plugin auch mit den aktuellen FSE Themes (twenty twenty four, greenshift usw.) getestet. Ich hatte zuvor zwei Konkurrenz Guide Plugins vergeblich versucht zum Laufen zu bringen. Auch mit jeweiligen Support. Die FSE Themes laden anscheinend nicht alle Hooks, die zumindest von diesen beiden Plugins benötigt werden.

Vielen Dank, besteht auch die Möglichkeit, Checkboxen zu erstellen, bei denen alle Auswahlen relevant sind? Beispiel Woocommerce Demo Clothing. Das Produkt soll alle Eigenschaften aufweisen, also es soll ein T-Shirt und ein Hoodie sein. In diesem Fall natürlich sinnfrei, aber bei technischen Produkten kann es sein, dass ein KD nur ein Produkt will wo alle Eigenschaften zugleich zutreffen.

Hi there, great plugin. Is it possible to auto redirect to the page rather than show a “results” i.e., or guide always ends with one answer which points to a specific page – rather than waiting for results, we’d just prefer to automatically redirect to that page?

Otherwise you can add JS triggers on the form submit button to trigger conversions.
