1. Can I connect an OpenAI assistant that is already trained? Because the training inside WhatsCRM is text only with no docs.

Hello brr4bz, You will have to give a training text to the AI, Yes there is a node in the chat flow that can transfer the chat to the agent, and disable the chatbot for that person.

Hello najibx, It uses OpenAi and that is capable to understand and talk in multiple languages. So Yes. Yes you can give text train data and its always better to filter the text from PDF as it works better.
