1. Email me please how do you see integration with FB, TikTok and Instagram? You want to use AI Video to post some content? Something like you ask the avatar: “repeat this and publish it in FB?”. Or to create a recording of the avatar and publish it? What is the idea of automatic posting schedule from the Dashboard and how the avatar will be involved it this?
2. Again, how the avatar will be involved here? I have an example of how YouTube video API can be used with the AI Avatar. You ask the avatar to search the YouTube for a video and it is displayed in the chat, then you can click on a video and it is played in the content area. Or there is a demo with a booking facility, where you can book a timeslot.
There is a new tool not on CC that very similar to your product, i wonder is it a makeover of your code? The tool is Portalis AI. If not, mean your tool has so much potential, but for custom avatar, heygen charge 100usd per avatar is expensive.
By the way, what is the roadmap for next update? By the way, if we have 3 custom avatar purchased from heygen, 3 different clients, can we assigned 1 custom avatar to different client and other clients cannot see it and cannot use it? I think for this, for our part to charge the client, we charge separately, mean not in the subscription.
Also, if i want to purchased a custom avatar as our saas mascot, so mean i want to make it as default for every client to use it without extra charge, can i assigned to all clients?

Thank you for your feedback. I checked Poratlis AI, actually this is a completely different product, with different API, workflow, UI and back-end. I am not sure they even use OpenAI and HeyGen as providers.
For HeyGen, I recommend you to check this pricing – click on purchase credits. I am not sure how many custom avatars you can do, but I suggest you to write them at sales@heygen.com with your specific requirements.
In the coming release, hopefully this weekend, I will include:
- new avatars added;
- voice only avatar if you want to bypass HeyGen;
- fixes and UI changes.
- If possible will include recording of the session too. You can check the changes at my demo site with demo/demo account.
Actually you can create different tenants for your customers and each tenant can have own HeyGen account. But have in mind that if you charge your customers to pay you to use LiveSmart, you will need Extended license. Check this article about monetization with LiveSmart.
About assigning your custom avatar to your clients, not sure. It should be included in your interactive avatars list as they are listed from HeyGen.

Yes of course. You can train your avatars in many ways. You can add short instructions about your company or add files to your OpenAI assistant and assign the assistant to the avatar. You can also do some custom functions, there are multiple demos and explanations. Please read this FAQ section for more about training, HeyGen limits and prices and how all the system works.

1. Difference between licenses is in terms of usage. If your customers are paying you to use LiveSmart you need Extended license. Please check this article. In terms of code Extended license is allowing you to add payments and subscriptions in your LiveSmart instance.
2. There is a feature request about this, but it will not come in short terms – detecing face and environment.
3. There are a lot of Arabic voices, did you check all of them? Voices are provided by HeyGen.
4. and 5. Sure, you can train your avatars in many ways. Adding short instructions, adding files to your OpenAI assistant and assiging the assistant to the avatar, or doing some custom functions. Please read this FAQ section for more details.
6. You can integrate LiveSmart as is shown here – in this case it is integrated into a WordPress page. If you need a deeper integration with your site, or if you need to do custom training of the avatar like booking, retrieving some information, please email me.

If you do not want to use the free HeyGen token, you can purchase 1000 credits for $100 recurring from this page, Purchase API credits -> API Credits. This will also remove the watermark and allow you 100 concurrent sessions at once. If you want to use other avatars than the free ones (there are 16 free avatars) from the same page you can choose Purchase API credits -> Interactive Avatar.
You will need some credits in your OpenAI platform in order to use latest ChatGPT models.

If you have this information in a file (PDF or TXT), you can create an assistant in y our OpenAI dashboard and upload the file (or files) there. Then in your LiveSmart AI Video room, you can assign this assistant to an avatar.

Thank you for purchasing LiveSmart! You can change the landing page by editing the file index.html in your main folder. If you need to change the logos, they are in img/logo.png and in dash/img/logo.png. Footer of dashboard is in dash/footer.php, the wording of the dashboard can be changed from dash/locales/dashboard.json file. Wording of the video panel (where the avatar is) can be changed from the dashboard section Locales.

1. You can convert videos to gif and upload it as your own background as here.
2. Actually I intent to make the subtitles optionable. So when recording is released, you will be able to turn off the subtitles.
3. Sorry, didn’t get this. Avatar is integrated and can voice the response from OpenAI. The gpt-4o model is for interacting with OpenAI. Avatar is a video representation of ChatGPT and cannot see visitor environment.

Thanks for your reply. What I was referring to regarding the visual option of the avatar. GTP40 when connected to a device with a camera has the ability to see and recognize the environment its viewing through the camera and it can react to what it sees. I was asking of the avatar once connected to a camera could have the same abilities. I have seen avatars that can see you through a camera.
Yes, I guessed so. For now in the coming release will be included recordings, voice only avatar and some fixes. Video analyzing will be added as a feature request but most probably will not be included in the coming release.
