Hi Ramom, It’s good to see you active here - I initially paid for Hostinger’s ‘shared web hosting’ plan. I successfully installed both Multi-School and SaaS on my website ‘phgschools.com’. When I got to the point of automatic creation of subdomains using wildcards i found out that ‘shared web hosting’ would not allow it. - Before changing web hosting plans i contacted you (please see ticket #100). I presented the challenge at hand, asking: “If I were to change hosting provider, will I be able to use both licenses (multischool and SaaS) again?”. You replied “We will assist you in this matter if you contact us when you wish to do so.” - In ticket #127, I asked: “Again, if I were to change web host/provider, will I be able to use both licenses (multischool and SaaS) again?”. Your reply was “Usually the regular license is for one time installation. However, if you ever change provider, contact us and we will reset your license.” - Initially I was going to change from Hostinger to A2 web Hosting, but then I found that Hostinger had the same root access plan at a cheaper rate. So I paid for Hostinger’s ‘VPS with root access’ plan. i backed up the website files and database files. - Reinstalling them on VPS has been difficult. I have followed all the steps using ‘webmin’ OS and now ‘Cyberpanel’ OS. website is still not running. The VPS plan i paid for is ‘unmanaged’, meaning I have to do ALL the work. This is the first time i am installing such. There’s no one to help. I have been with Hostinger’s AI for almost a month. No headway. - The better solution seems to start again from scratch. In ticket#184, I asked: “Could you please reset my license so i can reinstall the software?”. Your reply was “You can send a short video demonstration of the issue you are facing on installation.” I have done so in ticket #193. There’s been no reply so far. - Please help,I’ve been on this for two months now and I haven’t even started with one school.

I am looking into an LMS system for an online university. Please guide me about the following questions so that I can make a decision based on it to buy Scripten: 1- Is this script open source and can we do any customization? 2- Is it possible to have a different language and type of currency to pay for each course? For example, the mathematics course is in English, the currency is dollars, and the bank payment gateway is Paypal, but the physics lesson is in Farsi, and the currency is Rial, and the payment gateway is Zarin Pal, which is also present in your system? Or is it that when a type of currency is set as default in the system, there is no more diversity in creating different currencies for other languages? 3- If we want this system for an online university, do you suggest this script, and if so, is it possible to create an admission form for each semester, and how to divide the faculty, field and courses? 4- Is it possible to categorize the bundle of courses based on the semester and field so that, for example, a package with its courses for a semester in a specific field is available? 5- Is it possible to set records and standards in the system? thanks
