Can you enter MercadoPago payment method and Brazilian Portuguese language?

i paid some one to develop this app for me not knowing how much of a headache, how many excuses, how you could even blame a client for your companies short comings.

why iqonic? why not fix the pfoblem even if you have to hire more experienced developers to do overtime to fix this .. we your clients are suffering as a result of this

in good faith i just bought this .. and the admin panel has broken css

there were also alot of errors in the admin panel installation as followes:

these arent existing features.. they are simply copy pasting existing features that you have in the same apps such as handyman, kivi care, etc i know your developers have a much better understanding about flutter than i do and within 2-3 hours i can easily add the wallet system from your other app into pawly and give it to you if thats what it takes .. i just really would appreciate it IQONIC if your team would start moving faster and putting more effort into not only quality stability which should be done by default but features and obvious things that are not in the app.

letting a person pick a booking anytime of day is just unprofessional all the way around we run businesses not charities. .

1. Yes, we have a holiday module included; however, it won’t notify customers. Instead, it will simply indicate that the shop is on holiday. If you would like a reminder feature, we can customize this for you.

2. We currently offer two apps: one for users and one for employees or vendors. While we do not have an admin app at this time, we plan to release one soon. In the meantime, we can customize a solution for you if needed.

3. Yes, our Pawlly app includes a commission feature, but it does not have a wallet system. If you require a wallet feature, we can customize that for you as well.

The schedule thing on this app doesn’t make any sense. How can a user type a random date and select a random time. Nobody would be there to serve a random time. You should create scheduling options from the vendor side and the user should select the available date and time based on the booked dates and show what date and time is available to select from. That’s how any appointment system works. How can you select today as the date and select 1 am and select a vendor without knowing if they are available at that time. What happens if 100s of people select the same 1 am? I hope you understand what I mean. A basic timeslot system is expected out of any such simple platforms. You wouldn’t expect to select 1 am when booking a doctor and expect the doctor to be there right?

1. Yes, you can charge for customers using subscription if the system provides.

2. Extended license will allow you to get free installation service from us. We will handle server setup, app uploads on your play store and app store.

3. Yes, if you have your own pet shop you can charge for certain appointments.

I didn’t quite understand the app proposal. I have a few questions:

1- Is it possible for me to offer it as a SaaS for retailers and individuals? 2 – Another important point: Is there a Portuguese (Brazil) PT-BR language option available? 3 – Here in Brazil, the MercadoPago payment method is widely used. Is there any plan to support it? 4 – Does the app require a veterinary registration number? This number is very important for people to trust the professional. 5 – Regarding the store option, is it a general store, or can each person have their own store? 6 – Is the display of these stores based on the customer’s city?

1. Currently, our application does not include a SaaS solution for retailers or individuals.

2. In our application, we have not added Portuguese language support. But you can easily add any language you want.

3. We’re considering adding the MercadoPago payment gateway in a future update, but it’s not currently planned and may take some time. If you need it urgently, we can customize it for you.

4. Currently, we do not ask for a veterinary registration number, but we will add it in our future updates.

5. In our application, we have set up a multivendor system for the store. Any vendor can register as a pet store and add their own products.

6. In our multivendor setup, products are displayed collectively without filtering by the customer’s city. We are considering adding a city-based filter in future updates.
