Hello,

Presale question

With your plugin, I see that 1 license is needed for multisite.

However, if I use Elementor and WProcket plugins on the main site, will i need a second license for Elementor and WProcket on the translate subsite?

Thanks in advance,

-GM

Hi there,

normally you only need 1 license per domain / multisite. With WP Rocket agency license you have unlimited sites too.

Hello, if I’ve already finished my online store, do I have to convert it to multisite?

Hi there, yes and this is super simple. Just follow our guide: https://www.welaunch.io/en/knowledge-base/faq/create-wordpress-multisite-network/

Hi,

Could you please add AI Qwen3-MT translation to your plugin?

https://huggingface.co/spaces/Qwen/Qwen3-MT-Demo

We will pass this to our developers and let you know

will the translated pages be indexed?

Yes of course!

I have built my website with Elementor. I currently use TranslatePress but it does not allow me to handle design for each language separately. Especially, RTL languages. Will this allow me to have separate designs for each language?

As the sites are own versions, you can change the design per language like you want, Y

Hi! I am using multisite subdirectory but I intent to point subsite to top level domain using domain mapping. So, can I still use multilingual multisite if I point site.com/subdirectory to subdirectory.com with translation being subdirectory.fr?

When you want to map domains you should use subdomains multisite config. Then you can put in any domain for your site’s main URL :)

OMG! I just finished installing subdirectory. :( Now I need to recreate the site. But just to be sure I understand before I go recreate the multisite environment, you’re telling me that if I have subdomain multisite and I use your plugin multilangual multisite after I create subdirectory-en.site.com and map it to subdirectory.com I can have it’s french version subdirectory-fr.site.com pointed to subdirectory.fr and stay with syncronized translation between subdirectory.com and subdirectory.fr using WordPress Multilingual Multisite plugin? I need to be sure I can do that after I switch to subdomain multisite… Thanks in advance.

Just checked our own site, you can also set a custom domain when using subdirectory: https://imgur.com/a/xAs7uhv

Hi, can this only be used for a single site?

Is it possible to get an answer to my question asked days ago, I need to make a purchating decision, go with your plugin and go multisite or stick with wplm?

Sorry we just answered :)

Hello, my site is monosite but i am considering switching to multisite for my english and french woocommerce store. My question is, does this mean i will end up with two separate stores with two different sets of orders to manage or does checkout remain the same?

Hello, about to bite the bullet but more questions please. My store is currently on my French blog, I want it to have its own separate site in English and French. Is it possible to convert this blog into a multisite, transfer only the store to the new subsite on this multisite, and then translate the French store into an English store, another subsite? The store will have a separate domain name. Or do I have to have a separate multisite installation for the French store as the primary domain and have the different language versions as subsites? Thank you.

Also, can I use your plugin to duplicate just the store and not the whole site into a subsite or to another WordPress installation, keeping all WooCommerce settings and plugins?

Hello, I know you are busy, but perhaps you can answer this question? It will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I’m not requesting for support, just reporting a problem with last version of Wordpress (I couldn’t find another way to contact):

Since updating Wordpress to 6.7, I’m getting these php notices:

[13-Nov-2024 11:13:19 UTC] PHP Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the wordpress-multilingual-multisite domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /sites/XXXX/files/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114

Wordpress version: 6.7

Woocommerce version: 9.4.1

Kind Regards

Hello, we do not use the function “_load_textdomain_just_in_time” in our plugin. Please check other plugins or your theme.

I just bought this plugin and am learning how to use it. One thing I would like to give feedback on for the next update is in the machine translation settings section. It should not be in the form of a dropdown menu option, but can be filled in all or part. This means that users can enter all API key codes on DeepL, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI and Google Translate. So when translating a post, users can choose which machine to use from the API code that has been entered.

Thank you for this fantastic input. We will put this into consideration :)

Thanks for your response, Welaunch.

Whenever I want to copy articles from the master site to the subsite, it’s automatically published. However, these articles have not been translated yet and still need to be clicked for translation. THe problem is, this process changes the permalink from the original title to reflect the new language once updated that maybe will impact SEO. Is there an option to copy articles to the subsite in draft form, allowing them to be published after translation?

Additionally, I suggest implementing an option to add links at the end of each article. For example, this article is also available in Language XX (link) and Language XXX (link), creating a more interconnected experience.

You can enter “post_status” in our plugin settings > post copier > Exclude Post Data Keys. Then the post will be copied as draft.

you don’t have a version for single sites?

You can transfer your single site to a multisite: https://www.welaunch.io/en/create-wordpress-multisite-network/

Can you product translate and work with WP travel ? Sorry I also sent an email via your website! Thanks

Yes of course our plugin works with all plugins

Hello, I used the Carmelina Resort Hotel Booking WordPress theme (https://themeforest.net/item/carmelina-resort-hotel-booking-wordpress-theme/52095353, WPML supported) and Elementor Page Builder to create my website. Could you please confirm if this translation plugin is suitable for my site? My website includes theme-customized room pages (edited with Elementor) and theme-customized processes like registration/login/checkout. I’d like to know if it supports these functionalities.

Our plugin supports all page builders and themes so you can use if for your purpose :)

Is this plugin still functioning?I uploaded the plugin but it isnt working.

Yes of course. When you have problems please submit a ticket on our website: https://welaunch.io/en/new-ticket/

Hi! I am interested in your plugin. I have a question and answer site. Users can create polls. I want the site to be multilingual. I used some plugins (ex.GTranslate) and they have an approximate translation. When the site works with the default language (English) there is no problem. If a user switches to another language, the polls option does not work. I want to know if your plugin works well on my site before purchasing.

Hi there,

GTranslate does a live automatic translation of your site and does not save that in your database. With our plugin it gets saved in your database and you need to translate your pages / polls first. Then it will also work with the poll options.

Hi! Thanks for the reply. Does your plugin do automatic translation? For example, user 1 takes a survey in his language and user 2 wants to do a translation in his language.

We support machine translation, but the process needs to be triggered by yourself. This to avoid unwanted costs.

Is Machine Translation by OpenAI (ChatGPT) officially supported now?

Yes we support ChatGPT

Hi, i am regular user of codecanyon, I found this plugin fortunately in search. Anway come to the point. My website name is https://nithyasubam.in (tamil language.) I need this website in 5 more different languages (telugu, malyalam, kanada, hindii and english) https://nithyasubam.in/english and etc. so, it will be good in seo. My primary language is in tamil. which is updating everyday. So, my question is is it possible to convert with sub directory in other above languages. If yes, my 2nd question is the other (sencondary) language will update automatically as per primary language of tamil website.

Hi there,

yes of course you can have subdirectories, subdomains or even own domains for each language. You can also sync content from one language to another language.

Thanks for your Reply. Syncing Content is automated right. Because i am adding content everyday in Tamil Language. SO, in other languages it need to update automatically? (Also, i hope it will cover all the Indian Languages as per google translator)

Do you need to synchronize the content AND directly translate it?
