You need to select a customer from the Customer dropdown list and then proceed for an order. Until you select a user the order on POS will not be processed. Also, is it possible to search via SKU with a other add to cart ?

Yes, in our system you can search a product in POS with the SKU of that product with same product/different product already in the cart.

Please add option to change logo on POS dashboard as well as tittle and other missing texts/features.

You will find the option to change the logo on POS dashboard on the next update. Regarding changing POS title, we have taken your suggestion into consideration and we will definitely look into it and take necessary actions regarding it.

How do I change the settings, I see Martvill in the invoice and logo in POS screen

Thank you for bringing this issue to our concern through commenting here. We would like to let you know that, we have a feature named invoice pdf through which you can configure the invoice according to your preference. You will be able to find this feature in- Configurations>Orders>Invoice PDF.

Regarding the logo of MartVill being appeared in POS, we would like to let you know that we have already fixed this issue and it will be fixed in next update.

You need to run “npm run watch” from POS module directory & refresh the page after every changes.

How does the POS get customised and change it to work for specfic details of the vendor, like name, contact address, logo and also payment option on place order should be those a vendor uses not automatically logo, Nmae etc…it should suit the vendor. If i can customise the receipt as a vendor it can be better. Does it work offline?

We currently do not have the option to customize the receipt in our POS feature. Also this feature is not available for offline mode.

Or do we have to renew it ? 2- Do we have to purchase a license per client or is it just one time cost? 3- On purchasing the license Can we customize it? 4- On purchasing the license will you be able to own the code? 1.Yes, once you purchase our system the license that you avail will work for lifetime.

2.You need to purchase each license for each domain you use it on.

3.Yes, our system is completely open-source. You can customize it as per your wish.

4.Yes, once you purchase you will own the code and do anything with it.

the pos plugin should give vendor the chance to add employee or agent. every pos has employee management because a vendor will not give there full admin access to an employee. let say the vendor has a big stores that has 3 or 4 employee that takes order from customer. how can this be achievable on this pos plugin.

I am having this error 403 every time I want to… 1. Make Payments, I can’t see payment gateways after clicking buying. 2, When I sign up a new vendor… can you please help me work on these are very sensitive for my vendors.

1. For making payments, you will not get the payment gateways. You will only get the cash, cheque and the card options which are all manual process.

could vendor just us POS feature, if they dont want sell online, can?

In our system, vendor can use POS and web both. POS is mainly used for physical stores and vendor can use it according to their preference. But vendor has to use web because all the product data comes from web to POS.
