Greetings, I am interested in renewing support for your POS plugin but from the time I purchased it I have not been able to use your POS plugin live with my customers. I have to stay with older pos solution because they have feature your plugin does not.
Many pos solutions offer ability to add additional fees to specific products based on groups – also offer ability to add fees based on payment method like cash discounting.
The plugins in wordpress that work on woocommerce to add additional fees do not work on your pos plugin so this is not solution.
What we need is standard feature in your pos solution that allows merchant or store owner to set additional fee on products based on payment method and group/category. Can you include this in update?
The reason it is important for payment method is because store owner need to be able to add surcharge to products based on payment method. We should be able to offer cash discount program to customers. If customer use cash, no additional fee. If customer use credit/debit card, there should be additional percentage charge 2-3% added to total before checkout. because merchant service provider and banks charge store owner 2-3%. Many businesses especially small business restaurants add this fee into the receipt because its hurts their income when they have to pay this fee for convenience of customer. Already economy is hard on small business.
The reason it is important for add fee based on product group is because some products in city require additional fees not just tax – like in California, Los Angeles – all bottled drinks has CRV fee. 6 pack of coke has crv of $0.30 – 1 can of coke is crv of $0.05. This fee needs to be added in receipt to show separate from product cost, included similar to tax. All convenience stores, supermarkets, mini marts have to deal with this. When your solution does not have that, all these stores can not use your solution live and can not renew. These are essential features if you want your solution to compete in California. if you can consider this I know many businesses who will like their POS to integrate with wordpress.

Woocommerce allow you to add additional/extra fees onto each product. Woocommerce has many ability to addon plugin to allow you to add fees. Woocommerce also work with wordpress plugin to add additional fee. You want us to pay for customization hundreds or thousands of dollars but woocommerce addon plugins is $10/yr or pay for plugin one time under $100. If you can release plugin addon for your pos that is affordable I’m sure customers happy to pay it like plugin should cost $10-50/year.
It is your POS solution that does not do similar thing to woocommerce. also the features I expressed in first message – if you go to any POS solution in the market live to small business – POS nation, PC america, clovis, anything you name, they all have cash discounting ability and all have ability to add unique fees to products and groups. None of them charge extra for it. These features should not be addon custom plugin for pos solution. This features should exist already in your pos solution as standard.
I would like to vote for these features to be included in update for all please. Not fair to offer solution for price and then surprise if you want normal feature available with other companies but we have to pay for custom with you? After doing many customization cost thousands of dollars for small business for each feature small business no longer in business. This is not way for software company to get to small business who pay monthly or yearly license fee for access to software. Please consider making these features standard for your customers. Customers of POS solution should be able to add custom fees based on groups and fee based on payment method. This is standard feature available in all pos solution. If not available in all pos solution then you can say need customization and pay hundreds or thousands. But if customer is requesting a feature that is already integrated in all other companies, please consider doing the same for your customers.

Hi, pre-purchase questions: 1: I want to purchase it for Restaurant, I found almost everything is perfect but one speicif prblm with the kitchen receipt as my waiters will use kitchen reciepet to kitchen for cooking food I didn;t find selecting staff during order and also showing the staff name on kiethcen recepti, additonally kitchen recpet after sending to kitchen button (little cloud) a poppul modal showns print kithcen receipt time is shwoing a random number maximum time, actual time is not showiung a random number eg: 3245234 is disaplying into time column, sometims it shows time but maximum time it is showring random number I have tried wilth multple browser same issue. Waiting for puchase.

Hello, if I acquire your plugin, could you make a modification so that it can work multicurrency from the billing screen, add a line or some currency conversion selector and I can easily convert the prices of the products live and be able to choose to invoice in different currencies. And is there a way that in the multiple payments option I can report payment in both currencies? payment 1 main value payment 2 converted value Let me know if you can do it, that would be great.

In the settings we can set the status POS Status to any status in the dropdown but it will not straight away change to the status. It first go to completed before change to status we select.

This is not the place I am talking about. Once you add products to the cart and want to pay, you have a SALE SUMMARY. The values there are net, not gross. I would like to show them gross. Can this be done?

Hello, when I refund an item with a quantity in stock when I exit and enter to see the order I get _restock_refunded_items and when I try to print the order I do not get a negative as it should be a refund.
There is also another problem and that is that the daily summary when I go out does not appear as refunded if I do it as a voucher and I have everything updated.
Default, our plugin have no refunds as voucher, where you get it ?
