As per evanro policy a customer’s order should not be asked for server details however you should provide proper documentation and give the proper path in the email which is the policy you are not complying with.

public directory is in root folder. When you want to run locally just give http://localhost/your folder name then it will work.
I still have the issue I can’t run the project locally. when I give it this path http://localhost/project" it redirects to this page: http://localhost/license . “public directory is in root folder.” I couldn’t find it
You need to create a folder in the root folder then extract the project file then ’’localhost/folder name’’ after this URL hits the browser ’’localhost/folder name/license’’ system will take you to this URL. And here use our installation procedure, and then it will work on the local host.

You are not cooperative in sharing your server access. The Domain you are running you must install it to a server right? We need to check from there because, on our end there is no issue.
Its quite impossible to say what issue you are facing without seeing from your server.
