I installed this on a shared hosting then I were told that I need a VPS, so I install it on VPS and now it says that Purchase code is already use it, contact support… then support says that I dont have an active subscription to create a ticket…that I need to pay again ??? can you please help

Hello.

You dont need to renew your support in order to flush your license. You need remove the files from the current installation, in order to avoid license lock during activation under a new instance/domain.

Once you do so from the old URL, please use the Licensing Flush tool ( its link can be found on the bottom left of New Ticket Creation link: https://themesic.com/support/ticket/new ), in order to have your license resetted through Envato Licensing API.

You will be able to activate the license at the new instance now, but please ensure that it is not active in any other instances, as that will trigger a new license lock.

No, nothing special is needed.

You just deactivate and remove the old version, then applying a fresh downloaded copy from Envato, following the upload procedure you initially did.

My SaaS module is working fine for creating users and their subdomains. However, I have an issue with the subdomains. Once a subdomain is created and I try to access it, it asks me to install SSL. I’m using aaPanel to manage my websites and server, and I have a question regarding SSL installation.

In cPanel, when you add a new domain or website, the SSL certificate is automatically installed using Let’s Encrypt without any additional steps. I want to achieve the same behavior in aaPanel

I’ve outlined the plan for the SaaS platform. When a user signs up and lands on their dashboard, they can click on the following link: https://birdeos.app/saas/saas_tenants to access the admin dashboard, similar to the layout of the Perfex CRM dashboard.

I would like users to have complete access to this single page, which should also display their package limitations and permissions within their own admin panel based on their tenant-specific access. Consolidating all of this information into one page will help improve clarity and ease of use for our users.

Hey and thanks for sharing your custom needs, however, our module has a specific working case concept and what you ask for can only be applied to it, using customization.

If I want to change the domain from a subdomain to the main domain, or another domain, how can I reset the domain for the license?

This is error its showing us. ERROR You can flush your license once per week.

Q. Is it possible to install a SaaS module on a shared hosting server? I am using Hostinger shared hosting.

But my Hostinger does not provide Root MySQL user access.

I shared the requirements of our module – feel free to share them with your hosting provider in order to ensure that you are under a package that meets them.

Question regarding this module, does it allow for modifying each tenant independently? For instance, allow specific “my_language” “my_modification” or other type of change without affecting other tenants?

Our module provisions tenants by using the inherited SuperAdmin language.

If case you want to alter this language manually, please raise this a question within our support portal – Our engineers will provide an accurate reply.

Bug report: inside tenants users editing their profile by uploading profile image does not work. Creates folder inside of uploads but never uploads, entry is made in sql database but does not change. PHP 8.2 & 8.3

Hello dear team, I purchased the Facebook Leads Synchronization module…..before purchasing the SAAS module I wanted to know something, if all users have their own webhook route…..for the application created in Facebook Developer How can each webhook link be linked to the same Facebook application? If the Facebook application only allows a single webhook link, is there a solution to have multiple users with a single Facebook application? Or should I create a Facebook application for each SAAS user to put their webhook link?

I need to extend my Perfex to SAAS using your module. I noticed that the multitenancy solution doesn’t work on a subdomain. I need to use a WordPress homepage at the root (domain.com). How can I use a WordPress homepage on the root domain while making the multitenancy work on the main domain?

Our module’s SuperAdmin installation needs the root domain reservation. You can work with different domains for the salespage and the SaaS app itself.

Can I install the license on a client’s domain or must they operate on my domain (subdomain or subdirectory)?

You can install it on every root domain and reserve subdomains for your tenant installations.

Yes. Thats a feature included in the basic functionality of every license of our module.

Pre-Sale question: I am planning to buy Perfex CRM together with your Saas module. I read message threads on this page where you mentioned that people who wants to sale this as Saas module, they need to buy Extended version from Perfex CRM + regular license of your product.

However, after reading comments on “Perfex CRM Envato page”, it says as below:

“Perfex CRM code is not optimized to work as SaaS, you can bill 1 client per 1 extended license and installation, however, if you are able modify the code to be SaaS optimized, you can do this with the extended license, more info about the licenses can be found here: https://codecanyon.net/licenses/standard"

Now, I am confused because Perfex CRM team is saying that their CRM code is not optimized to work as SAAS but on the other side you are mentioning that anyone can buy your regular license + Perfex CRM Extended license.

What is the truth out of these two contraction?? Can you help me to convince so that i can make my decision accordingly??

Another question: I found some issues on my wordpress in some other script where it was not working properly on Hostinger and having some issues related to C-Panel. I have my hosting at Hostinger. Please confirm that your script will fully support and work with Hostinger hosting and will not require any additional things to be implemented.

Hello, i know that its not possible to flush a license more then once per week. but i have missed the point that you have to install the sass to a root domain and installed to a sub domain. can you make an exception please? thx

That means you activated your product at domain1.com and you flushed it to use it at domain2.com and now you need to run it on domain3.com

i have installed it on domain app.domain1.com then realised it doens’t work on subdomains and i have to install it on domain1.com , but i can’t because your flushing tool doesn’t allow to flush more then one timer per week.
