Hi i am very interested in this, i have 1 question pls. I aim to offer 3 services on my website, which needs to use this script 3 times on 3 different web pages. Can I install it to have 3 different forms on 3 pages? Would this need 3 tables in one database, or must i have 3 db setup?

If there is an update customers can download the new version for free. Please take into consideration that the current calculator structure will be modified soon. Hello a similar calculator will be released in the upcoming months but that won’t deal with PDF.

Whatever, I have 2 pre-order questions (the Demo is poor): 1) If I need to add input fields between selectors will those be added to the PDF Summary or only fields with specific IDs are PDFfed? 2) How about conditional logic? Is its possibility already implemented or do I have to Javascript-it myself?

Thank you. The script sends confirmation emails with attached pdf summary. I am not familiar with SendGrid, so do not know. Yes it can be used with GBP.
