I purchased this just now and installed the plugin.
I do not want to use it as a widget.
I want to add it with a shortcode to a page on my AVADA website. However, there does not seem to be an option to allow me to customise the plugin and change layouts/colours.
Can you please let me know asap how I might be able to do this? I need to provide an update to my client tomorrow.

Hi. We have not ever used Avada web builder, so can’t sure 100%. But we have not ever seen any problem of our plugin with almost web builders before. You can purchase it and use, if it not work with Avada, we will refund for you.

Hi, is it actually possible to use the timeline on two langauges with WPML? I know, few month ago it wasn´t yet possible, maybe something changed. 
Or can i create somehow a second timeline, that will be loaded in english for example? kind regards
- On Quick Timeline management page, create events with list = 1 for 1 language, and events with list = 2 for other language. https://gyazo.com/143549a8e451aaea6d90bc5eb8701ac6
- Create 2 pages (each page for 1 language). For example: Page for lang 1 and Page for lang 2.
- On Page for lang 1, use widget or shortcode to get timeline with list = 1. On Page for lang 2, use widget or shortcode to get timeline with list = 2.

Hi. Using the Divi theme and in the back-end theme options, some buttons changed to a different color after installing this plugin. If I disable the plugin, the colors revert to what they should be. The actual CSS affecting the Divi interface is:

- The font family of timeline follow your website’s font family. If you want to change the font size, font color,..., you need modify the file wp-content/plugins/quick-timeline/assets/css/timeline.css.
- You can use hyperlink in the description of timeline, by using the html tag on description. For example: Click here. (We are updating the new version with text editor for description. You can wait this version after some days).
- The overall width of the timeline is full (100%) of your website. If not, could you give us the url of your website, we will check it.
Thank you very much for the quick response. Unfortunately, the width of the timeline does not adjust to the entire width of the webpage. Additionally, the hyperlinks set do not work reliably.

Hi, unfortunately, the links under the dates 01.09.2023, 17.03.2022, 04.04.2022, and 21.06.22 are not working properly. The hyperlink only works on the first part of the link.

Ok I commented to soon, apparently the content was there but in white (on white background) sorry. I do have a question about the positioning of the arrows though. On the demo they are perfectly positioned on the line of the timeline, but I can’t seem to get this right on my website. hope you can help.

My aim is to see the content I prepared in English as German and Turkish when I change the language. With this plugin, I think I can only revise the texts of the plugin, is it true?
Hi. You means the multi language? This plugin operates like other WP plugins. It means you can use it on your multi language website (like other WP plugins). Only need create corresponding language files on folder wp-content/plugins/quick-timeline/languages. For example: quick-timeline-en_US.mo, quick-timeline-en_US.po, quick-timeline-fr_FR.mo, quick-timeline-fr_FR.po … You should read the tus which we have mentioned on the previous comment to know how to prepare content for multi language website.
I think this way the theme and plugin language are changed. What I want is to change the content language. I looked at the .mo and .po files from FTP but couldn’t find anything about the content texts.
