Hi The price of shipping needs to be set from the “WooCommerce option”. This is not part of Instantio. If the shipping is setup correctly, it should work correctly. If u tried setting of through our live demo, may I know the URL of the site and we can have a look.

Hello All the fields are controlled from WooCommerce. Instantio do not intervene with any of those unless u use our “Checkout Field Editor” option.

I was unable to install the Instantio_pro.zip or Instantio-Free.zip files on my site that were included in the zip file I downloaded from Code Canyon when I purchased your Instantio Pro plugin. I get the message “Incompatible Archive”. I was able to successfully install the free version from the WordPress plugin directory. I recently bought your plugin a few hours ago and I’ve been having issues. It no longer responds to changes I make, forms in my checkout section appear supper narrow and inaccessible when accessed through the dedicated mobile version, quantity updates aren’t reflected in the product count (anywhere), and the “empty cart” option doesn’t work unless I add a new product to the cart. For these reasons I’d like a refund.
