hi, how do I set up an automatic re-occurring email> e.g. a birthday email that automatically goes out every 12 months or a service reminder, that goes out every 3 or 6 months? I don’t see an option to make something re-occurring?

You can set this in the “Special Mails” section on the left menu.
Here you can see the “Repeat every” field on the detail screen that opens. there you can see the year option or the 6 month option

Yes, you can define separate SMTP for each and assign it to your staff. You can check this process on the SMTP definition screen on my demo site.

after send the email email out with the smtp i could not get the responds in the crm but the respond went to the email account direct. i want it to display in the mailbox not going outside the mailbox.
It seems that the reply you received did not appear in the “Inbox” section of my email module. Incoming emails are synced to the system when the cron job runs. Could you please check if the email appears in the module after running the cron job?

the reply is using system smtp, that means the thread will be sent to the system email.

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently facing an issue with the Mail Template Manage Module for Perfex CRM that I purchased from CodeCanyon. Specifically, when I configure my custom SMTP server in the “SMTP Settings” section, emails are not being sent. However, when I switch to using the “System SMTP” option, emails are sent successfully.
I have verified that the SMTP configuration is correct—there are no issues with the settings (hostname, port, username, password, etc.). Despite this, emails do not send when using the custom SMTP configuration.
Here are the steps I’ve followed:
I added my custom SMTP server details correctly in the “SMTP Settings” section. I attempted to send test emails, but they do not go through when using the custom SMTP configuration. Switching to the “System SMTP” option resolves the issue, and emails are sent without any problems. I have already reached out to your support team via email, but I have not received a reply yet. Could you kindly assist me in troubleshooting why the custom SMTP configuration isn’t working? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

After checking the emails sent using the demo, I found that the content appears correctly both in the original email and when replying. I also tested sending it to another email address, and the formatting remained intact.

Dear Support Team, 1. we’ve purchased the “Email Template Manage Module For Perfex CRM” because we want to bulk contact leads. As far as we understand it, direct mass mailing is not directly possible. That’s why our idea is to use the triggers. We have created a “E-Mail senden” (engl. Send E-Mail) lead status for this purpose. Now we want to give this status to 10 contacts every day so that the mail is sent automatically. However, the trigger does not work for us.
So if we understand it correctly the lead could have every status it wants and when the “E-Mail senden” status is assigned to this status, the mail should be send, right? 2. We’ve tested creating another trigger (triggers when lead created) and that worked nearly fine. If we use a trigger here, the variables are not filled out correctly even though any data is filled in the contact.
3. Is there any possibility to connect the lead answers to the lead in our perfex crm? For example: If we send a mail to “test@test.com” and this lead answers, the answer is shown in the inbox. (that’s working for us) But in the lead contact only the email we send to the lead is shown in the activity log. It would be great if we could see the answers too. Your server needs to have the imap plugin added.
Emails are reflected in your system when cron runs.
