The emails with the QR code do not arrive if the buyer selects two or more in the quantity. If he selects one, it works, but if he selects two, the email does not arrive. How can this be resolved? It is a very serious fault.

Hey! first of all – wonderful plugin! Does exactly what I needed, is easy to use and it’s pretty lightweight. One question – is there any reasonably simple way, to merge multiple QR codes to one PDF file ( can be one qr per page, just merged to one pdf file ) ? I sell also bundles of tickets ( like 5 tickets bundle ), so client have to open each PDF file at checking. Not a big problem, but this could make their live easier : )
Ok, another question – isn’t there a way, to check which tickets are valid/invalid in admin panel? I think it would be great for admin, for example when he opens the order, to see if ticket is valid or not, check f.e when ticket was used, and so admin could monitor, how many people have entered already. Also would be good to allow admin to manually invalidate ticket in admin panel. If there is no such thing, maybe you could provide me with some guidance so I could add such feature by myself?
Hey, it’s me again – I’ve found a bug in your code, quite serious actually.
Basically I have 3 products in my store, let’s say ticket A, ticket B, and bundle ( woosb ) – 2x ticket A + 2x ticket B
If you order 1 bundle (2+2), and also, let’s say, two regular tickets A, it won’t create enough tickets and hashes ( in this case, it will produce only 4 tickets instead of 6). It’s because in qrcet_attach_pdf_to_emails(), when it creates filenames, and ids, it will take 2 product A’s from bundle, which will be named like: 98-15-0.pdf, and 98-15-1.pdf, and then, on next iterations, it will find another Product A’s ( outside of bundle ), with same ID and will create exactly same filenames and ids, which will cause overriding previously generated pdfs and hashes.
I’ve patched that up by just adding a random int to $id like: $id = $order_id . ‘’ . $item_id . ‘’ . $i . ’-’ . $randomInt; but I think you should add some fix for this
$id = $order\_id . ‘’ . $item\_id . ‘’ . $i;
The PDF files can’t get the same ID because $i is changed every iteration by $i ++.
Yes, but if you buy one product, let’s say Product A separately, and a bundle that contains Product A, then as those products have same product ID and order ID, pdfs will be generated in separate loops, so some files will get same name, and will override itselft.
I don’t know man, you can do whatever you want with this information, I’ve fixed this on my side, and I think it would be good idea for you for fix your plugin

Hey thanks for the prompt reply, I was able to activate the plugin. However my clients are not receiving the ticket. Everything is configure correctly and even resend the order manually but they are still not getting the email. Please help

Hi there, Did you tick the box on the product/service listing?Near the Simple product tab. Please make sure “QR Code Email ticket” box is ticked. Also, sending email is using Woocommerce setup not our plugin.
