1. No , its not possible to have a conversation before service has started. 2. Yes it can work according to city , state or country using geolocation feature by which you can control pricing for each geo location

1. We are not planning to replace the entire product but bring more features and technology upgrades in due time. We usually update twice a year. Our next update is on march mid.
2. Yes sure ,you can the codes are easily customizable. In demo mode there may be some issues due to low server resources.
3. Currently there is no such option but we have this feature in our roadmap as planned.
