The design is well, but its not 100% responsive on devices (mobile/tablets).

1- While clicking to watch (error 500)

2- The login page margins/padding must be enhanced more to be 100% responsive in all devices.

3- There is no real-time error displaying when entering a wrong format email or password

4- There is no real time checker in the signup form while creating account, telling that username and email are they available for uses or it already taken before, (instead of keep completing the inputs and the page reloaded), it must display the info in real time to be more better.

5) The buttons in the nav menu must be restyled, the profile and the right menu icons must be more lower and near them styled together.

6) The logo is a little bit smaller and not displaying the real size.

7) The switching profile is so big and it must be more smaller with round profiles and to be added this option into the nav menu due its missed there, and to add an icon of (switch) near the text.

8) The text ‘Profile’, and ‘Logout’ into the menu, all their first letters must be in uppercase.

9) The logout function button must has a confirmation message telling (are you sure to logout) (“Back”, “Logout”)

10) The filter table is not responsive and the left margin not looks well, the table must be centered with left/right correct margins.

10 .a) The same problem in the pricing page, which the left/right margins are missed and the containers not showing well, while there is more spaces between the last container and the footer.

10 .b) The subscription page title also has problems of styling, and the 2 buttons of: Homepage & Profile are sticked in each other.

11) You must include in the admin page: (Required / Optional) - Enable captcha during signup/login page (to stop spamming the inputs)

- Secure the video player by blocking all access or capturing the hls or the video source due its easy to be shared.

- Make the footer fully dynamically edits from the panel admin, by enabling or disabling pages from there.

- Add an option while adding a movie or serie called (Enable for guests), which this can let the guest to watch that movie with no require of login or signup. (This will work only for that movie), also add a global function of allowing guests to watch all things with no require to be logged in.

- Disable multi signup from the same device id, and the same ip by displaying error of, the signup is not allowed at the moment, try later), this just to decrease the number of fake signup from the same user.

- Disable/Enable any vpn used during signup and login or during watching movies.

- Disable any httpcapturing app or tools used in the website to capture the hls packets or streaming sources.

- Work more on mailing functions to be fully trusted by all mailing servers to make sure it will be in inbox not junk. ... There are other lot of thinks, you can contact me, i ll provide you all of them.

This is my advice for you to work more better on the mobile version which its the most one used by the peoples, and it must be styled so well and with 100% good UI/UX, if thoose are fixed, you can start working on admin panel functions.

Newsletter

It would be great if the newsletter system could be improved. Currently, it makes little sense to send a newsletter to each user individually. It should be possible to send the newsletter to all users at once. For this purpose, a cronjob would be important to handle the process in bulk mode.

Additionally, I would appreciate the ability to directly test the SMTP settings in the admin panel and send a test email.

Overall, a bit more user-friendliness would be highly beneficial.

Question Regarding “Product Update” Functionality under /admin/web-setting

Hello,

We noticed the “Product Update” section under /admin/web-setting (see attached screenshot). Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any detailed information about this feature in the documentation.

Could you please clarify:
  • What is the exact purpose of this section?
  • What type of file can/should be uploaded here?
  • What happens when a file is uploaded (e.g., changes to products or other data)?

If there is any relevant documentation available, a link would be greatly appreciated.

Its for product version update. When any new version update is available you will get a mail from codecanyon. Then you can download the latest file and upload the version update zip file from the update folder to update the product to the latest version.

I just noticed that NeoFlex 3 is not mentioned or promoted anywhere on your website—or at least I couldn’t find it. This naturally raises concerns for me as a customer: is NeoFlex 3 going to be supported in the future? Or am I mistaken? I didn’t subscribe to or purchase it without reason, and I do expect to receive reliable support for several years. This includes feature updates, of course, as well as security updates (which are crucial), and fixes for bugs, design flaws, or functionality issues. I would greatly appreciate it if you could clarify how you plan to handle NeoFlex 3 moving forward.

You can be sure that it will continue. If you have any issues or suggestions share them with us. We will be listed if those are effective for this software.

I think the product has been removed from our product list by mistake. Anyway, it will be added.

I’m very interested in purchasing but have a few questions before moving forward.

Would it be possible to have a different layout to choose from?

For instance, I would like the option to publish subscription-based COURSES , not movies, but COURSES with subscriptions.

I’ve searched, and unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be anything similar on all of Envato.

Could you please update it by adding this new feature?

Additionally, I’m interested in a monthly subscription that renews automatically. While checking the demo, it appeared to be a simple one-time purchase through Stripe, rather than a recurring subscription.

Hi, - “Number of users” refers to the ability to create multiple usernames under a single account after logging in, such as for family members or for yourself.

- “Number of screens” indicates the number of devices permitted to log in with this account.
