Why the OFFLIEN PAMENT is only available for CONNECTED USERS ONLY ; for the GUEST CHECKOUT does not appear is it in ISSUE on the code or is it developped like this
IF YES can I have the PATH information of how can I put the OFFLINE PAYEMENT always available for GUEST or Logged in CHECKOUT

I am using an offline payment gateway but facing two issues:
1. The offline payment system does not show up when the guest checks out. However, when the user logs in and checks out, the offline payment gateway options are displayed.
2. For digital product purchases, it would be better if the process were automated by verifying the TRXID provided by customers, instead of being manual. This way, the digital product selling process would also be automatic for the offline payment gateway.
For example, platforms like Udyokta Pay, Unique Pay BD, etc., have such options.
I request you to consider this issue in the next update. Thank you.
For the offline payment system, please note that our platform allows users to submit payment proof after logging into their account. However, this feature is not available for guest checkout, as it does not involve account login. Therefore, the option to submit payment proof is unavailable when guest checkout is enabled.
We have noted your additional suggestions as well. If there is increased demand from customers for the same alignment, we will ensure to incorporate those updates accordingly.

আমি অফলাইন পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ব্যবহার করছি কিন্ত দুইটি সমস্যা ফিল করতেছি।
১। গেস্ট চেক আউট করার সময় অফলাইন পেমেন্ট সিস্টেম শো করেনা। তবে ইউজার লগিন করার পর চেক আউট করলে অফলাইন পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে অপশন গুলা শো করে।
২। ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে পুরা প্রোসেসটা ম্যানুয়ালি না হয়ে, কাস্টমারদের দেওয়া TRXID ভেরিফাই করে অটো পে সিস্টেম হলে ভালো হত। সেক্ষেত্রে ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট সেলিং প্রোসেসটা অফলাইন পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের ক্ষেত্রেও অটোমেটিক হত।
যেমনঃ উদ্যোক্তা পে, ইউনিক পে বিডি ইত্যাদিতে এরকম অপশন রয়েছে।

how to remove the recharge in offline payment?

When I use offline payment plugin it takes about make payment and then show recharge and the balance is blank but if I click offline payment at the button it shows so how do I disable or remove recharge in this plugin

Hello, I am getting the same error code for quite some time now. It says error code 500.. but it also says that you are working on it. So, now after a long time.. it says the same thing. I no longer have “support”.. So, are you working on it or does it just say you are? Please, fix this problem. I only recently found out it is still not working.. after many months. Will it be fixed in a update? Thank you.

Ok, I resolved this problem myself. If anyone has this same problem, what I did was, I went to the side panel in my admin account and I clicked the Offline Payment System, from there I clicked Manual Payment Methods and filled in the accounts receive information. The problem was, how can they pay if they do not have the payment account details? Obviously…

if my balance have credit, can i use it to be deduct from amount i need to pay? and use this add on?
Offline payment means a manual payment system. If admin adds any manual payment option, then the customer can transfer money to that bank account or manual payment option and then include the transaction code while purchasing anything.
Can it deduct balance in wallet, if balance have 30 then user neeed to pay 70?
No. Partial payment option is not available currently.

Hello, I was using this addon but after update now offline payment is giving an error. 1- It doesn’t show offline payment “Instructions” (bank account number etc..) which I have added while adding “Offline Payment Instructions”. 2- From user interface, After inserting “transaction ID”, it gives “Something went wrong” error and doesn’t show success message. Please advise
This error only shows on “Sellers” page when a “Seller” wants to purchase a “Seller Package” and while purchasing the Seller package, it’s doesn’t show “Payment Instructions” if “Offline Payment” method is selected.

I suggest giving an option to attach the receipt later, as in many cases instant processing of payment and banking services might not possible
