Hi I’m trying to activate the plugin but it’s not working. It does not accept the purchase code. Need help. I already checked the documentation but it doesn’t have solution
- Make sure the Readabler is updated to the latest version 1.7.9.
- Navigate to the Updates tab and switch the server from London to Frankfurt.
- Save the changes and clear your cache
- Go to the Activation tab and try to activate the plugin using your purchase code.

1-We create websites for our clients on a subdomain we own, then migrate the page to the main domain. In this scenario, will the plugin license cause any issues?
2-If we purchase an Extended License, can we use it for multiple clients? We couldn’t find any information about this in the documentation.
3-Is the plugin compliant with Germany’s GDPR regulations?

Hello! 1 – According to the Envato rules, all products with a regular or extended license can be used only for one end product/site https://codecanyon.net/licenses/standard except the situation when several sites are used for one project. Otherwise, a separate license is needed for each site. For now, we do not restrict the use of the purchase code on multiple sites on our part hoping for users’ consciousness. The main condition is using it for one End product(live site). Therefore, you can activate the plugin on your test domain and then move to the live site with the one purchase code.
2 – No, regular or extended license can be used only for one end product/site.
3 – The Readabler includes the Strict GDPR option for Usage analytics that allows you to comply with strict German regulations

There are several options that do not allow us to specify Readabler WCAG 2.1 compliant: using target=”_blank” for links(Accessibility Statement link for example) and Tabulation index https://monosnap.com/file/ZYh4g4ikSzrSsHQ0NP0yZlQqIevKuT is set not to “0”. Therefore, if you use Tabulation index: 0 and Statement source: Generated by plugin, the plugin will be WCAG 2.1 compliant.

Hello! The “cdn-cgi/l/email-protection” path is part of Cloudflare’s email obfuscation feature. This feature is designed to protect email addresses on your website from being harvested by bots by converting them into a form that is readable by browsers but not by bots. However, this can sometimes cause issues with SEO tools like SEMrush and Google Search Console.
Therefore, for now, it is not very clear how this is related to the Readabler plugin. If you believe that the problem is in the Readabler, please provide a screenshot of the errors so we can look into it.

Yes, I know this Cloudflare’s email obfuscation and I found this issue repeated 2 times on all single product pages.
I disabled the Readabler plugin and the problem was solved.

What is this? Please provide text or a screenshot of the warnings you were talking about so that we can understand whether this is somehow related to the Readabler.
I’ve submittet a support request and recieved mail – I would HATE waiting for the 5 business days (mentioned in mail) in order to solve the issues I’m having with this – that is simply too slow.
Text to Speech is not working and I get an critical error when the API KEY file is uplooaded (did follow your guide and everything is setup).
Also it creates some compatibility issues with my “back-to-top” button by removing icons on this.
