1) Yes, we offer multiple design options for both web and customer apps. You can select your preferred UI from the admin panel. 2) Yes, it is a complete solution. Could you specify which feature you’re referring to? 3) Both Android and iOS apps are working fine. I bought the full product, and honestly, the documentation lacks more details. I have tried to contact support but haven’t received any response. I’ve done other implementations of scripts I’ve purchased here on Codecanyon, like (eBasket), and the implementation was very precise with excellent support. However, in this case, I feel the goal is to pay for them to do the implementation, but the truth is, I want to do it on my own to fully understand the project. I hope to receive a prompt response, as I believe I deserve it. I bought the full project!

Please note that other apps you are referring to developed their websites using languages not designed for websites such as Laravel or Flutter; this makes the deployment super easy but cannot offer performance metrics such those offered by Typescript-based web apps such as ours. If you explore, you will find that none of decent operating at least at a medium scale e-commerce platforms run their web apps on Flutter or Laravel, and for a good reason.

Our web app requires specialized skills to deploy because we use frameworks designed for web apps that provide superior performance.

Please note that a script purchase doesn’t come with installation support. You don’t have to purchase our services. Please hire a qualified devops specialist to help you set it up, if you don’t possess server side skills. This is a specialized field requiring years of training that we cannot teach through documentation or a Telegram chat.

If you prioritize a quick self deployable app, please consider other apps that run their websites either on Flutter or Laravel, of which there are plenty on Codecanyon. If you prioritize fast page loading speed, search engine optimization, and such, but don’t have sufficient server side skills, please hire a qualified help.

We designed our app for a niche of users who want to get a professional/enterprise grade product from the get go, and either have sufficient skills to properly configure server for app deployment, or resources to get such a help.

I just bought your script, but the documentation is incomplete. It’s actually for a different script that has nothing to do with this one. And when I read the comments about this, it seems to me that you did it on purpose to charge installation fees that can go up to $600. I find this unhealthy and shameful on your part. The average customer who only has the budget to buy the script cannot use it because they won’t even know where to start to install it. Really shameful. And I hope people who want to buy this application know what they’re getting into. I made a regrettable investment. I ABSOLUTELY do not recommend this script .

Thanks for your input. Based on Codecanyon, you don’t seem to have seem purchased app, so we are not sure about your comments.

Please also note that we clearly indicated on our item page that this is not DIY, and therefore requires proper backend and sever environment skills. Being transparent, we asked users to review our documentation before making a purchase, and if they are not satisfied with the level of detail or else, asked not to purchase.Below I am copy pasting part of the relevant text from our item description.

“Please note that this is a scalable, high-load professional-grade product and not suitable for DIY installations. Installing the product requires a minimum set of backend and server skills. Before making a purchase, we recommend checking our documentation, especially if you are not an experienced Laravel backend developer with good knowledge of server environments.”

Thanks for your questions and interest. It’s the same as with any app. You will not be getting any updates. You will be able to change your domain names.

This is beautiful project but;

SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE

1. Can you isolate the Services and Products Please. They are so many service providers who do not sell anything …Lawyers, Therapist Repair technicians, Spa’s, Salon.

So many required fields for a service business only. You have to fill delivery fields even if you’re not a product seller

2. Can service just be independent – You dont need to have a shop to offer a service eg Therapist

3. Can commission be % and flate rate

4. Maybe you can isolate Office – services & Shop – Products

1. We will be adding an on/off button for services in the next update, so vendors that are not interested in product sale can disable it. Delivery fields will not be there when product sales are off.

2. We don’t have a good model for that at the moment. They can register as a vendor with a single master.

3. Commission or subscription, which is a kind of a flat rate.

Thanks, we thought it was due to our server, but it appears the hosting company from which we purchased our domain names having DNS related issues and that is keeping our websites down.
