I like the new theme on v6.6, the boxed layout makes sense. Great Job. I need to have a custom payment gateway integrated and I need it to be compatible with future versions, can you do that, and how much? Another question is it possible to disable category icons on the home page? Then on new theme settings please add an option to choose between 2 grid layout and a single product layout on mobile. I am still on version 6.2. Hopefully, you can add this and help with my custom payment gateway for the next version with the option to deselect the product 2 grid layout on mobile. Hello, I have noticed that when slugs are created from titles, it replaces spaces with hyphens which is all good except if you have 5 spaces side by side in the URL it creates 5 hyphens.
So for example ‘https://mysite.com/hello there’ becomes ‘https://mysite.com/hello-----there'
Can you update your script so you end up with ‘https://mysite.com/hello-there' no matter how many spaces there are which is what most other scripts do.

1) is it possible to sell serials and set stock available like in Fickrr?
2) I see in the payment method also Bank Trasfer so it can be considered as an off-line payament. How the admin add to the customer the product and record the sale when customer choose to pay by bank wire transfer?
3) Can the admin add items or remove items assigned to user? For example if the admin wants to offer a gift to one or more user how can it add the digital product to the user?

thanks for your reply, ok for points nr.1 and nr.2. It could be important to add serials key sell & stock also on downgrade.
About the point nr.3, I see you can set discount coupon but this solution is valid overall. Probably I didn’t explain well my question: I mean if admin can add/remove/change manually to a single user or group of users a specific digital product. Is it possible? If not I suggest to implement this feature because it could be very useful. Related to this, It could be useful too adding the possibility for admin to add/remove/edit manually the transactions.
After purchasing Fickrr, I will certainly buy also DownGrade if you implement these points 
PS: as for “transactions” I mean “Orders” the possibility for admin to add/remove/edit manually orders. This way he can assign orders and product to the specific user.

Why do items pre load before changing to pages. If you have 1000 free items, it would take forever for these to load before it turns to pages. This will give a poor SEO score for slow page load speed. Can you change this to load the pages and not all the products first. Thanks.

Love the script but there are some issues that should of been addressed in your last update .Images get cropped which makes the script look poorly designed and unprofessional.
And the silly fields you have to fill in. Like address and phone number and when adding a product ‘Regular License Price’ say if there is no support you still have to enter a number. Really silly things that are stopping me from buying it. You need to remove some of those fields that are required throughout the script.
Also, can’t you add a dark mode?
