Issue 1: I can’t find the Addons and Packages within the script, and I need guidance on how to access them.

Issue 2: When a client sends a quote request and the seller activates the payment completion request, the client is expected to make a payment. However, the problem is that the client hasn’t actually paid any amount. How can the system be configured so that the seller knows when the client has actually paid for the service?

Issue 3: When the client contacts the seller using the “Contact Now” option, the messages do not reach the seller. Additionally, the button for contacting the seller does not appear until after the payment is completed when using the quote request. This is not logical; the client should be able to communicate with the seller first before making a payment. The contact button should be visible from the moment the client reaches out to the seller.

1. if you deactivate the ‘quote button status’ while adding a service, then you will see the packages, addon options

2. if a seller wants to take projects which does not fit the packages of the service, then he can take quote request from the Buyer
as the job requirements does not fit the package , so it will need to be dealt by them outside the system
Or the seller can create another package which fits that requirement & take payment in the sytem
Anyway, for this kind of situation, i think ‘invoice option’ will be great. I will note a ‘invoice feature’ for this one, so that seller can create invoice , send it to mail with ‘pay now’ link & client can pay through the link

Can the admin montor All the chat and Email messages being sent between seleer and user if they send phone or email in message. Also if this Laravel cutomizable , I hope you have not used the Vue.Js , its a normal Laravel PHP Last time i purchase from some other serller VUE.JS it was not easy to change anything since its has to be compiled every time.

unfortunately, that kind of monitoring is not available
admin can use secret login & check the messages of client , seller
we have used vue in 2/3 places like – cart, form builder (very small amount)
but do not worry, we did not use vue CLI, we have used CDN
so we do not need to compile it at all after making any kind of changes
its built with Laravel, the folder structure is Laravel folder structure

Hello am interested in this script but please I have some question.

1) can admin charge some % from buyer and also from seller when they request for withdrawal?

2) When an order is made, does the seller get instant mail or text message on his phone number?.

3) Can i set the script to no monthly charges from seller but charge 30% of any order/job done when the seller request for fund withdrawal

1. Admin can charge seller % during withdrawal (not buyer)

2. unfortunately, not yet. But I am noting this one now

3. in that case, you may create a free lifetime package
sellers will need to subscribe with that free lifetime package after registering with the website
& you can set charge for each withdrawal methods
this way, you may achieve it

Please log in via a mobile device (preferably from a smartphone) to the website on behalf of the seller and start a chat with the buyer (client). You will see that the chat probably displays text. I noticed this in the demo version here. Interestingly, if you enter the chat on behalf of the buyer (client), the chat works correctly. Please take a look.

so the payment status is changed by Admin

& order status can be changed by the customer

It’s been 4 days since I complained that the payment system doesn’t work, especially the Stripe payment system, because that’s what I use. The old version was working very well because when I simulated a purchase and clicked it, it would rotate and navigate to a new tab with the Stripe payment system, which worked perfectly. However, ever since you released the update, the Stripe system hasn’t been working. I created a ticket but haven’t received any feedback from you. Also, I remember asking you to add a crypto payment option, which you did not do. That could have saved me from this mess right now. Now my website is out there with no valid payment system for months.

they said that they had changed the status to ‘3rd party’ so that one of our developer can check it
but in the meantime you have responded on the ticket which changed the status of the ticket again to ‘open’
it was not available on ‘3rd party’ anymore
