Hello, I am having issues running the software and need to know how to resolve as I am enjoying what it can do. 1. It will run but not advance pages and not collect anything after less than a minute. 2. I can not click the button to stop the process and it stops the process. I have to completely exit out and start all over. 3. 3. It doesn’t run in firefox at all , only chrome

thanks for the update. i would like to give more when i open the program it now says my license incorrect..hmmm however i had set 3 different key words to search facebook with 50 page search and all time limits 1 to 2 second delay and every 5 page It will run . after a while it says it is running but i can see it is not scraping anything or captcha comes up and after verify it does nothing
If I select firefox and not crome it just says “prepairing” but never does anything else

Yes i reply to the firefox issue, for the license issue, it may be your antivirus don’t let the tool run correctly, can you add it as exception.

Hi, this error means you have runned oir tool more than 1 time so please, close all chrome browser opened by our tool and try again, the next time for fast response contact us via whatsapp or email.
What is the maximum number of pages for search results. I know a lot of software has a maximum page size of 5 pages.
The maximum pages is depends on keyword and and google results, i have do several test with more than 12 pages and its works, there is no limit inside our tool, but for google you can get good results from up to 40 pages.

anti-robot driver mode for chrome, hide the information about if the current browser is automated or not + in the next update, we will use a fix chrome profile so the cookies and history will not be deleted and this helps to tell google that is a real user not a bot.

1. Add a pause button while the process started 2. A keyword importer option from text or excel. 3. Add a random wait option which will hold randomly on pages, but the seconds will be defined by the user so that Google captcha comes less frequently.

No need for proxy sir, and no risk to be banned, and you will not any of your social media accounts, we use google to extract data.
