Thank you for you support I see, but in admin panel I tried clicking on the pending status button, and there was an option to reschedule. I found that clicking it changes the status from pending to confirm. How can I change the booking status to cancel as you suggested?

It’s not showing because we added a feature that only displays the cancel option when a specific payment type is selected. However, we will fix this issue in the future. The payment option should be shown when the doctor has an appointment charge.

You have to select the doctor, and if the doctor has an appointment charge, then show the payment option. Only the admin, doctor, and receptionist can cancel an appointment, and only these roles have access to the status toggle field. The patient user does not have the status toggle field.

I will recommend the hospital management system to a doctor I know who is opening a clinic. However, I have another important question. I found that when setting height, the patient case cannot specify a height greater than 7, which I understand is in feet. Since I am using the system in Asia, is it possible to change the height unit to centimeters? I want to specify it as 170 centimeters, for example. The system currently enforces a limit of 7 feet as shown in the image.
