Hello! No, the plugin works only with Elementor.
Great looking plugin! On the sales page you mention there are 3 elementor block templates… does that mean the plugin comes with 3 pre-made template designs for the changelog? Which are included? I couldn’t tell on the demo page what designs come pre-included. Do you include the one in the screenshot/product thumbnail, and the blue ‘wordpress’ style one you show in the sales page screenshot as well?
