I am interested in purchasing BookingGo SaaS – Multi-Business Appointment Booking and Scheduling, but I have specific requirements and would like to confirm if they are supported natively or would require custom development.

I need to create users with specific permissions so that each user can only view and manage their own appointments and their own client list under a specific business (for example, Clinic 1). This means that users within Clinic 1 should not be able to see other users’ clients or appointments. Each clinic may have multiple users, but users within the same clinic should only have access to their own schedules and clients.

These users will not have permission to create or edit any system settings. Their access should be limited to scheduling and booking options only, with no access to administrative or configuration features.

All appointments will be managed through the admin area, and we will not use the public booking interface as typically used in booking systems.

These features are critical for my business, and I would like to confirm if they are available in the current version of the software

Can you make it possible, at the landing page, all the businesses/companies that are sign up, there can be an option, perhaps site owners can charge a fee to have their business show on the landing page.. Also, a a section for each buisness for clients to leave reviews.

1- With the regular license, can I sell access to the system to companies? For example: sell access to a barber shop, a dental clinic, etc.

2. Does your mobile application have integration with the web application database? In other words, if I purchase the mobile application module, will I have access to the same database as the web application?
