Two quick questions -
1. Is there a functionality where in I can transfer the chat to an agent from bot in case the user wants that. Let’s say the bot is not able to resolve the customer query. Customer wants to transfer the chat to an actual agent. Would that be possible?
2. The plan of adding memory to chatbot. Any idea by when will that be done?
