Your product would be perfect – if it worked. It allows me to set up photos but does not allow any changes. It ignores “Update Playlist Record” as well as DELETE. The video shows up both at the bottom of the player as well as under the photo.
I’ve turned off all plugins. Perhaps its the WP 3.5.
I purchased your product because of the great text capabilities. Sadly, it won’t even allow me the opportunity to build that far. I can’t spend any more time trying to make it work.
Since this doesn’t work, may I have a refund or credit?

Can I add hyperlinks to animated images and text in the Content Slider or just to static images?
Also, the plugin is stopping me from adding images to posts – I have to deactivate it every time I want to add an image to a new post and reactivate it again afterwards. Is there a way around this?

For animated text/image you can add links using <a href=""></a>
For example:
<a href="http://www.google.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://your_website.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/bottomH5.png" width="480" height="385" /></a>

There’s no ‘hyperlink-function’. In the playlist, for each item, you have a parameter ‘Link For The Image’. If you leave it empty, the image will not be clickable.

In my opinion, this problem is from the theme which doesn’t execute do_shortcode() function.

The problem was the shortcode depends on the banner you are using. For some odd reason it gave mem the wrong shortcode info in the help file. [all_in_one_bannerRotator settings_id=’1’]
You can take the correct shortcode from ‘Manage Banners’ section

Does this plugin make use of the WP Media Modal ( the newer 3.5 version would be preferred ) for uploading / inserting media? If I’ve already uploaded media can I just re-use it with this plugin or do I have to re-upload it to make sure things work properly?

I believe you had version 1.0 before. There are many differences between v1.0 and v3.0 including database structure. The only way to update is to “Disable” and “Delete” the old plugin and install the new one (using wp-admin). The problem would be that you’ll have to add your items in playlist again

All other ways will be a pain. The simplest way is using the shortcode.
Also, to include the shortcode in a template page, for example header.php you need to use do_shortcode() function: http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/do_shortcode
