Yes, it also works in ticket notes. My module works in all note fields in the system. It only doesn’t work in note fields that open as an editor.
This is only works for customer/lead notes?! I’m testing in task comments but no notification
Thank you for your feedback! Yes, this functionality currently works in plain text fields, but it is not active in sections that use a rich text editor. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to add this feature to editors through the module. I appreciate your understanding!
Thank you for your reply, I hope that comes soon, or at least disable the mention if its a rich text editor, because it makes you think that it is working.

We purchased your “User Mention Module for Perfex CRM” and have been using it for some time now. However, we are unable to determine whether staff or customers receive an email notification when they are mentioned using the module.
Could you please clarify if your module includes functionality to send email notifications via Perfex’s system email to the mentioned staff or customers? If not, is there a way to enable this feature?

Thank you for your interest in my module.
If you added staff in my module, an email is sent to the relevant staff. I added staff in the customer notes and I am adding a screenshot of the incoming email.

Thank you for your feedback. Currently, the module works only in plain text fields and is not active in editors. For instance, the tagging feature is available in areas like “ticket notes” and “project discussions,” but it is not functional in fields using editors.
At the moment, only internal staff can be tagged; tagging customers is not yet supported. However, I am planning to include this feature in a future update.
In the text editor, when entered @staff name, drop-down shows up, but it doesn’t filter the staff name.
Can you please fix this.
