I recently purchased the scripts, and after installation, I’ve encountered an issue when trying to create a new user. The error message is as follows:
“Oops! An Error Occurred The server returned a ‘422 Unprocessable Content’. Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.”

Hi Sir, Im very interested using this system for my clients but I have questions that I get from must of clients: Is that possible to work offline then sync with online ? because in this country we have frequently electricity problem and internet. If the application can work offline when there is no internet then synchronise when the internet is back. I would appreciate hering from you soon. Many thanks.
It does support offline functionality but not all module in some module it can not work without internet.

When creating a doctor, you must add the doctor’s appointment charge. This charge will be displayed when selecting that doctor, and you will have the option to make a payment. The payment transaction will be shown in the appointment transaction. However, if you pay using cheque or cash, the transaction will not appear in the appointment transaction. It will only reflect online payment transactions.

Pre-sale question: I need for it to operate as such… The doctor sets his schedule and when the patient wants to make an appointment, they can only select it from what is available. After they fill in their info, they must pay online BEFORE they can book the appointment. This is what I want. Is this available in this script? If not, can it be implemented for a customized fee and will it take a long time to do?

Is there any bug in it like, when I am trying to book and appointment at the night and select the current date . Iam not able to book the appointment for current date . Slots are not showing there . But if I select the tomorrow date then I can able to .
I tired at 2am night on 28 th . And selectd the appointment date same 28th then slots were not showing. Why ?

This system does not have roles and permission models , we cant use this system for real business , because theres no activities logs or user access and permission model is missing anyone can delete anytime , so hospital account and profits everthing will go upand down. do you have anything which is real business , hope in future it will be implemented, i found many bugs and erros,
In this system you can assign user to role this functionality provide in users module and about permission we used it as manually.

2. Please, is there a place to manage manual payment
3. Does this Solution support a Thermal Printer?

5. is there a place to Edit a Role such that one can add or reduce functions assigned to a particular user?
Hello, 1 – Medicine : for manage medicine we provide purchase medicine module.
2 – In billing menu there is manual billing payment
3 – We provide print invoice and bills.
4 – No there is no POS feature available.
5 – No, We have feature that you assign role to user.

Hi! I just bought, downloaded and installed the script, but I can’t find the custom fields section 
Custom field module is show inside of settings menu.
I am logged as admin and there is no option nexto to “payment gateways” inside settings, Am I doing something wrong?
If I go to the /add-custom-fields url, I can see the section, but is not in the menu
